Been a long time since I have dealt with such a professional company. Ordered beautiful corner fire pit set. Quality is amazing. However the glass top was damaged. I called and straight away they did everything to fix the issue urgently. Excellent communication I highly recommend

Great customer service from Aaron never ignored a email or a text , we Evan had a FaceTime. I bought the table but unfortunately some of glass was smashed upon arrival , but Aaron was quick to resolve the issue with no problems at all. Love the garden set .. good quality and Evan came with a free cover . Thanks again Aaron for your great customer service and being so honest throughout the smash glass incident.

I ordered the Portofino L shaped sofa and Table with a firepit and it is fantastic quality. I have called a few times regarding delivery and asking questions regarding what gas bottle I should use and about the cover for the tables and every time I have spoken to Aaron he has been really helpful and it's a pleasure to deal with someone like him. It's just a shame about the weather at the moment, but I'm sure we will be sitting outside soon enjoying our new sofa in our garden.

Having spent a few weeks looking through endless sites for our ideal outdoor dining set with fire pit table we looked into Luxe Bespoke.
It looked amazing on their site so took the plunge and bought the portifino large corner set with rising fire table.
So it arrives and the pictures do not do it justice. The set is beautiful, 95% pre-assembled and is built very very well. 25 mins to assemble the table and you are off. Looking forward to many sunny days sat on this set. I would highly recommend, and if you do have any queries the team respond exceptionally quickly. Having already got a garden furniture set we wanted something for the dog to bask in the sunshine. Found Luxe Bespoke online we ordered on a Monday it was at my door by Thursday. Had we known about Luxe we’d have ordered our garden furniture from them too. Fast delivery.
