The manager is extremely thorough and professional….listens to the customer’s needs, quotes accordingly and delivers on commitments. The installers attention to detail (measuring accurately and minimising gaps etc) is awesome. Couldn’t be happier 👏👏👏

The company was very organised and experienced in getting measuring and quoting and then installation completed.
I appreciated helpful advice from a number of staff on my choice of colour and style of blinds.
Also the blinds are a quality product and look great once installed from inside and outside. Both installers were perfect.
Luxaflex Penrith has a shop in my town of Katoomba so that was my initial reason for choosing Luxaflex as well as a friend's recommendation.

We decided on Luxaflex for our new home bedrooms and found Greater Western Shades now have a small showroom in Katoomba.
Waseem was so easy to deal with, clear, helpful and knowledgable.
He made multiple trips to our house so that we could see the colours with the light, sun and shadow in our particular space. Nothing was a bother.

A small error in manufacture was not a problem. Waseem forewarned us, reordered the correct coverings and installed without an issue.

The blinds are beautiful (I have been using Duette blinds for over 20 years and three houses!!) Service was impecable. Couldn't ask for any better.

Every aspect of our experience with Luxaflex has been outstanding! The initial consultation was conducted in a sensitive way. There was a genuine desire to meet our needs- not just sell a product. The communication with the client is excellent at every stage. The quality of the product is brilliant and serves our purposes perfectly. The after sales service has been wonderful. There is a same day response to questions and requests for help. Waseem has come to our home a number of times to help us as we have learnt to use our new blinds, always courteous, kind and not satisfied until the question has been answered or the problem solved to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the products and the service. We would not hesitate to recommend Luxaflex and the Duette blinds we have had installed throughout our home.

When the awnings were installed it became obvious that the 6 arms for the awnings were all different angles.
It took much effort to convince Luxaflex that the arms should all be consistent but in the end they were replaced by arms that had a consistent finish.
Correcting this lack of quality control caused me great inconvenience and there was never an apology from Luxaflex about either the lack of quality control or the burden that correcting this put me through.
Greater Western Shades went to an effort to help correct the situation and I emphasise that the problem was with the product that came from the manufacturer.

In the past four months we have had Shutters and blinds installed bu Luxaflex at Penrith. The service was prompt and professional. We were provided with samples at our home and advice provided on what would best suit our needs. A second measure was taken and John, our installer was excellent. The quality is top class and we are extremely happy.

The service, from the quotation by Waseem to the installation by John, was totally. professional and highly efficient. They were both charming and the best bit was the fact that John cleaned up beautifully.
Our gorgeous house is even more charming thanks to Luxaflex.

Although somewhat slow in coming due to the Covid 19 pandemic we have been extremely pleased with the duette blinds we have purchased. The measuring by Waseem and Ray was perfect and no adjustments to fit were required at all. What has really impressed us was the after sales service. The automation for four of our blinds from the app needed some tweaking due to interference in connecting to the hub and no end of trouble and time was had by Waseem to make sure it was working. The blinds have truly achieved the purpose for which they were purchased especially with our block out ones on the western side of the house. This was proven without a shadow of doubt when we had a 41° day this week. The house was cool which is something quite different to previous days with temperatures that were similar. We are very happy with the product and service.

Great service, fast and efficient. Blinds look beautiful. Very slick and elegant and add warmth to the rooms.

The three man team arrived to install our blind for the patio.
The were very friendly and within thirty minutes had installed the blind and instructed me how to use it.
The blind itself has added shade to the western side of our patio and will be enjoyed as we utilise it.
My wife and I are very happy with our Luxaflex blind and as we have other Luxaflex blinds inside the house will always recommend the company’s products.

This is the first time that we have been to Luxaflex. We had two EVO-PIVOT blinds installed and two PolySatin Shutters installed. We found that Waseem did a great job with the quote for both. This was followed up by two teams who did the final measure for both the blinds and the shutters.
They returned when these were ready and the two teams installed the blinds and the shutters.
