I never received my song

Even though I didn’t get a video of my brother and all other 100+ people listening to George the railroad man song , we had a very good time brotherly love and many men and women in tears especially my brother George he was so grateful for the words in the song which we wind up using the first version because I got outvoted lol but it was well worth it thank you very much!

Luvtune used my input and put together and incredible song. I played it for my wife on our anniversary and she broke down in tears. Oh yeah, I did too. The Luvtune service is a must if you want to give that perfect gift.

The process started out really well and they were responsive. I wrote the lyrics and sent it to them to produce. First version was pretty good. Did the free revision. Came back on time. I had paid for an extra revision, which strangely they initially didn't see on their end but after some emailing, they acknowledged that they saw the extra revision I paid for. Send them some minor changes. Was promised the final version within 12-24 hours. It's now 7 days later and I have not gotten any responses to even explain the delay, just complete radio silence. Even though their support email says they respond within 24 hours. I've written a few times in the interim just asking for an update. I even got an email from their "Founder" who promised to read each email and respond and no response yet either. I ended up finishing the song myself. This song was written for my baby daughter that was just still stillborn and we were hoping to have it done in time for her memorial. Great start but very disappointing they just ghosted me.

I was amazed how this company took some words from me and created a song for my wife that is simply awesome!! The song flowed effortlessly with the music and sounded so good!! The first versions of the songs were almost perfect, capturing everything based on my inputs, with nice lyrycs. But the tweak process didn't work as expected. Maybe due to the accuracy of the changes requested (I think a live chat between the user and luvtune would help luvtune to better understand the ckient requests, which I am conviced are not crystal clear many times. In any case, I definitely recommend Luvtune, they did a great job and got in touch by email when I had questions.
