My wife bought a dress from this company through debenhamas, she tried the dress on and didn’t like it so sent the dress back the next day. She received an email saying she will not receive a refund as the dress is severally damaged. The photos they sent showed it had red lipstick on the bottom (which I don’t understand how someone would get that there and she doesn’t wear red lip stick) and there was multiple holes in the dress. Avoid company seems like a scam.
I purchased a trouser suit for my wife, when it came the trousers were to short so I started the returns process which got me to asking via WhatsApp and text for a returns label. The AI machine could not handle the request and asked me to wait for a member of the team. 4 days later and numerous messages one way from me I am still no further forwards. Like others I wish I had read the reviews on this company but I purchased via the Debenhams web site! I have now raised a dispute with AmEx to see if they can help. DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Like others, I've been refused a refund of a dress I ordered and sent straight back as they claim it has hair on it. They then sent me a series of 3 photos with the same strand of hair on it, which by the way is not the colour of my hair!
What a joke. I've made a formal complaint and I will be taking it through other routes if it isn't resolved.
DO NOT order from luv forever fashions wish I had read reviews before purchasing 2 trousers suits through Debenhams brand partners ,I returned immediately,a month later after Debenhams chased them for refund they said there was no security ribbon on 1 of the items and would only refund 1 . I would not have worn cheap tat . They are dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves the way they do business
Do not touch this company. Bought a dress through Debenhams, tried it on but sadly the sequins brought me out in a rash. Returned the dress immediately. After 2 weeks contacted Debenhams who then contacted Luv Forever. After many days received a response from Debenhams saying I would not be receiving a refund as the dress was severely damaged! What? I tried it on for 60 seconds? Long story short after many messages, all with Debenhams not Luv Forever as they don't appear able to communicate I asked for the dress back so that I can take my case to Trading Standards. Debenhams now informed me they want £11 to return the dress! I think not.
Dreadful dreadful business, do not order from them or from Debenhams on their behalf. They will do anything to avoid refunding items that are well within the consumers rights to send back.
Disgusting.
cannot return item for refund and their customer service very poor. why would you not just put a return label inside the packaging instead of making it impossible to return and then rip customers off that have brought items in good faith. I will be informing trading standards of this situation....
Took so many emails to be able to get a return processed - was a joke. Then after weeks they told me they hadn’t received my items. All other items I sent that day were received by everyone else fine. Couldn’t find my tracking receipt so they wouldn’t refund me. This place is a joke! Do not buy anything from them
Do not purchase from this brand! I ordered a trouser suit, it arrived faulty , after several emails they send me a return label, but I am still waiting on a refund despite several attempts to email them and live chat! Terrible customer service, and cheap and awful clothes
No one is replying I want to send an order back & get a refund been waiting 5days for answers also phone 3times being ignored what’s going on very disappointing??
