We create biltong using Scottish Grass-Fed beef from red tractor approved farms, combining four quality ingredients such as Malden Sea Salt, Gluten free Worcestershire sauce, Black Pepper and Roasted Coriander Seeds to create our delicious, mouthwateringly tasty biltong, whilst keeping the traditional South African method used for producing our biltong products. Biltong is a classic South African Snack. It is air-cured meat, made with the absence of high temperatures, dipped in vinegar and immersed in spices and allowed to cure over several days. We created Luvbiltong to offer our quintessential recipe and process to produce biltong our customers would love. Luvbiltong is like a filet mignon, in a new snack category. Our production method uses the correct meat to spice ratios to allow consistency throughout the biltong varieties, once you've tried our biltong, you are guaranteed the same quality and freshness will be available to you, now, and forever. Our recipe and Ingredients offers the perfect snack for people who want more. Gluten free, Keto friendly snacks providing you with 19g Protein per 35g serving. Biltong and “droë wors”
Biltong and “droë wors” is quite oily and expensive for 80g. It does not have the traditional South Africa biltong taste and is similar to American jerky. I do not feel it is value for money or taste.

Hello Charmaine, thank you for your feedback, we take great pride in making our biltong products and use grass-fed beef, we don't use nitrates which makes biltong dry and therefore our biltong and droë wors will be more oily as a result of using natural ingredients.
We always offer samples of our biltong at the markets that we sell at, and so I am not quite sure why you bought our biltong if that's how you feel , which is a shame as we have met and sold to many thousands of South Africans who have said the complete opposite, that they really enjoyed it and it's the best biltong they have had.
We are sorry that our biltong is not to your liking and we wish you a happy bank holiday weekend.

Biltong was very expensive for what the amount was . All clumped up . They did send more after we complained but still not good with the packaging and small amount all clumped up and very oily . We did not enjoy the product unfortunately

Thank you for your feedback, we always provide samples of our biltong at markets for people to try, to see if it meets their preference, all our biltong variety packs are clearly labelled 80g which are vacuum sealed to maintain the moistness from coming out of the air dryer weekly. Kind Regards.
Amazing biltong!
Had the privilege of discovering this great quality biltong at Richmond market. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable, it was very obvious early on that he takes great pride in his products and it was great to hear about the natural ingredients he uses and care taken, even down to double bagging the biltong for extra freshness. The flavours which the biltong deliver are natural, genuine and delicious. There is no hint or artificial flavour. I've just finished off the packet of Texan Steak flavour and next on my list is either chilli, peri-peri, original or the wagyu! Well worth the money, a very premium tasting product, if you are reading this and haven't tried it yet, do it! You won't regret it, the best biltong I have tried!

The product is very good but the packaging is not great. It comes all clumped together and is difficult to eat without opening the whole packaging, which means you can’t re-seal it and have to eat it all in one go.

I’m really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the product itself, but I completely understand your frustration with the packaging. It’s not ideal if you have to open the whole pack and can’t reseal it, especially when you just want to enjoy a portion and save the rest for later.

This company is absolutely not trustworthy at all, after complaining about the beef earlier, they promised to send another packets which after all, three more months have passed, they still assured me to send it off. To my disappointment, i still haven’t got anything from them. if you can’t do it please don’t make any fake promises. And mind you your reason of overlooking my email as you claimed there is some Chinese words in it, I have told you again and again this is not fake, and if in doubt you can google it, that’s not a reason.
Finally I discovered that i am not the only one to complain about your fake promises.

Purchased a pack of biltong from pop up…
Purchased a pack of biltong from pop up stool in farnborough in January this year for £7.50.
Once home opened it and found very small amount in the pack. It stated 35g on the pack and thought it was very over priced.
My husband had a look on their website and found you could purchase 75g for around the same amount.
I contacted luvbiltong to state the I was disappointed and the fact that also the back label had tippex all over it was pretty unprofessional.
They reassured me that it was infact 75g that I had purchased and it was just the incorrect label as they were waiting for new labels to arrive. (I have since looked into this on the government website and they aren't allowed to mislabel with a different weight!)
Micheal assured me that to make it right and to better our experience he would arrange for another pack to be sent. This company now has my full name and address and have not sent anything out.
I will never buy from such an unprofessional company again.
Steer clear!!! You're better off purchasing from a proper south African shop for your biltong

We are sorry about the outcome of the package not being labelled as they should, we are a small family run business and we didn't want to miss the opportunity to be at Farnborough shopping centre in Princes Mead due to our normal back labels not arriving in time so we had to print some out from our till machine in Guildford from our kiosk and amend them slightly in the
interim. It was human error that we didn't amend the front label from 35g to 75g but the amount was 75g and we hope that the 75g that you did buy was enjoyable. We apologise for the delay in sending out your replacement packs , due to the confusion, with all of the correct labelling, but we were waiting
on our new back labels that we only received yesterday and have now posted out to you today so you will receive these at the beginning of next week.
We apologise again for the confusion and this is not how we operate normally , it upsets us that you have had this experience. If you have any further concerns about our product, please let us know as we always want to put in improvements from feedback we receive.

Friary in Guildford
The chap in the Friary in Guildford was really kind. Bought a bag of Chilli flavour and he made it extra spicy ! Brought it into the office and the lads loved it. It had some HEAT !! Lovely though !
