I purchased some shampoo from this company because it was advertised buy one-get two free.They also stated that there was a 30 day money guarantee-TOTAL LIE!! When I received the product-it had TOO many harsh chemical listed on the package-I didnt even open it. I attempted to return the 3 but was informed by the company that IT WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN? After multiple emails to Luvano AND the sister company-"Lenoria support" I Finally was able to cancel a subscription I NEVER signed up for!! They threw me back a couple of dollars-Had NO OTHER OPTIONS available!!
To say the least, This is money lost and THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! Im also going to report them on the Better Business Burearu! Horrible that companies can extort monies from people!

Ordered 2 months, still haven’t received, I sent them an email and the email address is fake. Don’t order from them, they are a scam!

Good communication for placing another order as they didn’t have a size I have initially ordered. The package arrived in estimated time (5-10 working days).

Super lange levertijd meerdere keren contact gehad met de klantenservice. Hier schepen ze je af met 15% korting (alsof ik hier ooit nog bestel). Bij andere keren contact krijg je een standaard antwoord dat je het eigenlijk maar gewoon moet afwachten
