Feels Scammish
I order my products in May 2024 and never received my items. I contacted the customer service via text, via email and phone, and everyone kept telling me 6 weeks, 6 weeks. After several 6 weeks and 3 payment deductions, I then requested a refund. I spoke with Emme which was very nice and took full accountably. She was processing my refund in Sept 2024 and when I reached back out to her, she left the company 1-2 week after my request. I have not received any update about my refund (a total of $350.00) PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT FEELS SCAMMISH!

I loveeee this company! I first dealt with this company about 3 years ago and have not been disappointed. The allotments come out of my check each month with no second thought which makes it convenient and easy to pay. I have only had 1 minor issue once with an item having a shipping delay but beyond that I've gotten items I ordered and was able to take a vacation as well. Thanks for giving me a chance back then when my chances were slim to none. I am saddened about the news I got today about my account being transferred over to a different company as I hoped your company recovered from whatever financial setback you may have had!
Not a legit business
These guys are not a legitimate business. I was hired to do some work for their site roughly a year ago and still have not been paid. Do not give them any financial info or money. Definitely not legit.
Less than acceptable
I rated as a one star, however they deserve less but less wasn't available. I have been doing business with Luther sales since 2008 or 2009. The representatives presented at the Dallas VA Medical Center to attract Veterans' as well as employees. During that time, the company was great including customer service, product, delivering product in a timely manner. I'm not sure what happened but earlier this year I placed an order. After a 3 months of no promised delivery, I contacted my sales representative, Eric G. He informed me that he vendor no longer had funding and needed to obtain the funding to "make good on the promised furniture." In the meantime, I had a credit from a overpay of a previous order. They never contacted me but kept depositing the payroll deductions. I requested my refund and was told that it would be awhile before I would receive it. So, I felt the best way to get my refund was to order something else. As mentioned earlier in this complaint, I was told the vendor needed funding. I had to call and get this information and the sales representative just made excuses saying he had a lot of customers to contact. After telling him I was not please with the services and wanted to get a refund instead of purchasing anything from them, he sent me an email copying the "so called" owner stating that he's the person that writes the checks. Since that time, I have made several attempts to contact someone. I left messages, requested to speak with a higher level personnel and was told no one was available and disconnected the call. All you get are recordings and runarounds. This company is TRASH and SCAMMERS as they take money from hardworking people. Today, I was told that they no longer are taking orders and transferred to accounts. Again, I got a recording to leave my info and someone would call me back. I am going to take it a step further. This company has no business being a vendor for federal employees, Veterans' or the general public.

Going on 7 weeks now trying to get a refund for over paying LutherSales. Started out talking with an Em. Now on the 4th representative. All they do is give the same information as a stall tactic hoping you will forget or just get tired of dealing with issue and drop it. All I know to do now is take it to court. If anybody reads this and wants to join contact 3344020587.I’ve never dealt with a company as bad as LutherSales is now. In works now with the company I work for and the Union to take LutherSales off the list of companies their employees can use.

This company will take your money but will not ship the item and then hold your refund hostage.
I wish we can give scores lower than 1. I placed an order on 2/23/2024, and a representative texted me every day until I verified that I had updated my payroll allocations to the account they provided for payment. However, they didn't show the same enthusiasm when it came to fulfilling my order or helping me with a refund. At first, they informed me that the item I ordered would be shipped 10-12 business days after my first payment. Fast forward to almost a month later when I decided to check on the order status, I found out that there was a backlog of orders. I wasn't informed about this when they were rushing me for my payment. When I inquired about whether the delay would be communicated, the rep responded with a lie, saying "we are sending a mass email shortly." Two weeks later, I checked on the status only to be told that they lost a lender and gave me a sob story about how they were struggling to fulfill orders. The way this company operates should be documented in a book titled “How to not run a successful business”. I requested a refund on 4/16/2024 and was told to wait for a customer service specialist to verify my banking information for a refund. I had to once again initiate an inquiry about the status of my refund on 5/4 and was told that my refund would be fulfilled by 5/17. It wasn’t until I responded that I would file a complaint if they didn’t follow up with getting my refund by 5/17 that I received a message from someone named EM to give them a call to verify my bank information. I called the number to verify and was told that my deposit would be processed and I would see it in my bank on Wed 5/15. I still never received my refund and they stopped answering my update requests.
Im filing multiple complaints this morning and reviews to let it be know to never order from this company.
No Refund
Order a product, made a few payments and never received the item. When I asked about it via text I was told an there was an issue with the lender and it may be another month before my order is processed. So I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told I would be contacted before the 19th when refunds go out. I'm still waiting and I've tried to reach out and they've ghosted me. Never will I use these people!

I ordered a bedroom set with this company in January, I was told that it would take a couple weeks after I made my first payment. 4 weeks later I contacted the representative and asked was there an update. I was told no; fast forward to April I contacted the representative again no update and I was told that there was an issue with the lender and it would be the beginning or middle of May. So I ask to change the order to purchase televisions the contract was changed and I was told that I would receive the televisions within 7-10 days. Fast forwarding to 1st week of May still no merchandise payments were being automatically deducted from my payroll. So I ask for a refund. I was told on Monday May 13th money would be refunded by the end of the week which would be on today May 17th. When I contacted the representative to make sure my refund would be in my account by the 17th. There was another issue. PLEASE BEWARE!!!! WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not work with this company‼️ They are a fraud! I ordered from them on 3 different occasions! Customer Service is a Texting situation (crazy) the first time in November, placed my order signed papers never heard anything. then in December same thing (thought I didnt do something right. January 24 order again sign and it.forgot about it in Feb. they started taking my money, no merchandise delivered March I start trying to contact them….. text the number and they said that they had something going on and I said why wouldn’t you communicate issues with customers (I knew I wasnt the only one) why yall taking my money…. whoever was texting me said they don’t handle payroll but they are trying to get my items to me get a text April 15 my items will be shipped in 72hrs…. April 23 I text where is my purchase the person said your order will be processed by the end of the week 😳 it’s done been 3 months, y’all been taking my money and now my order has to be processed oh hell no, I called my HR and Payroll that same day and one day last week no one got back with me 🤬 yesterday May 3 I called and Cursed them out and mentioning getting my lawyer involved, and my money was refunded to my bank account within hours!

Ordered something, after waiting for 2 months for it to arrive i canceled my order and asked for a refund. Its been another 2 months and i still have yet to receive my refund. Stay FAR away from this company!

This company is a scam, this started back in Nov order was placed then nothing for awhile. Out of no where I received a text about not being able to place orders but was approved for vacation credit. I then received a message about double available credit and advised me if i wanted to place and order advised them I had placed an order back in Nov was sent over a contract and two allotments was taken. Before taking the money out they responded to all my inquiries but once payment was recieved nothing but lies. And this EM lady need to be fired the we all need to sue her and the company for the stress they have caused. Lets not forget Howard the one that tries to put a bandage on the mess they have caused that has drugged him into it. I have gotten no answers yet EM has my banking info and probably trying to steal our money out of our accouts. I am going to create a change.org petition Luther Sales gotta go.
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY
I submitted my order back in january. after waiting 2 weeks for an update as to when I would receive the product I was told they were short handed and running behind. (Sure weren't short handed enough to not take the money.)
After more than a month of only being able to communicate by text (what business does that?) I canceled my order and was to by "Em"doubt that is even her real name. Was told I could expect my refund in 7-10 days. We are now more than 3 weeks out and I still have not seen my refund. Now the communication with them is. "NO UPDATE ON REFUND".
Run as far away from this company as possible.

Something has definitely changed with Luther Sales. The communication and delivery used to be so great but this time I have been waiting for my merchandise for nearly two months! No matter what number I call, I always get the same person. She is very kind and respectful, but she needs more help. It’s as if she’s the only customer service rep. I do believe they are now screening my calls and not answering when they realize it is me. This is all unacceptable! They have been so reliable in the past. I just want my merchandise and it’s as if they are making no efforts to get it to me. They simply do not care! I don’t want to cancel because my daughter needs a new cell phone so I was going to get myself a new one and give her mine. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. They no longer care about their customers.
