We’re sorry to hear you feel this way — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

This order dates back to December 2024. When you contacted us months later regarding the magnet concern, you shared a video using a decorative magnet.

We reviewed this and explained that our cases are designed specifically for MagSafe-compatible accessories and are not intended to function with decorative magnets or other non-MagSafe mounts.

You confirmed that switching to a proper MagSafe mount resolved the issue. You later mentioned signs of wear after several months of use. While Alcantara is a premium material, some natural wear can occur over time depending on handling.

We are not able to use any color stamping due to Alcantara's stain-resistant properties, as any color stamping would fade quickly.
