We recently found ourselves in a difficult and stressful situation needing to quickly sell our sited static caravan and unsure how to move forward. We fortunately happened upon Luna Statics. From the first phone call Luna were professional, efficient and helpful. They used technology and came personally to view the van. They found a buyer and kept me up to date at all times. I rang Luna Statics for some advice. Sadly my husband died unexpectedly and I want to sell our caravan. I have yet to instruct Luna (but I will shortly) but I just wanted to record my thanks to them for their understanding, suggestions and, above all, their patience with the many questions I had.

Good communication, pleasant to deal with, smooth transaction

Very happy selling to Luna @ Steve and Maxine who were helpful with their advice and purchase price. Sometimes you don't mind being out of pocket when the customer service you receive is professional with no agenda. Other businesses were impolite and had you against the wall. Lunas first offer met the going rate with no haggling just negotiation which we all do. I would confidently recommend Luna if u have a van to sell .... no brainer!
