Lunafide Anmeldelser

My husband ordered me a dress and two pairs of leggings. The designs are great. I had one pair of leggings for less then a month, worn 4 times and a hole started in the butt of the leggings. I emailed Lunafide and asked for a new pair. I was told because I did not contact them within 5 days they would not do anything about this pair of leggings other then give me %25 off my next order. That is a terrible response especially when waiting for a month to receive your items. These leggings should last longer then 4 wears. Very light wearing as well, walking in these leggings, not even working out in them. Its unfortunate and I would never order from Lunafide again. These items are not quality material, but the designs are great.

My rating (5) is based on the totality of my experience. I am pleased with the product and prompt customer service when needed. In my opinion if you are looking for unique, impeccable workmanship, and value, then you should consider products from Lunafide. Excellent purchase for yourself or to gift or both. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

They have actually good quality gear it just takes a while to come because they actually have to make it 👍

The product quality is impecable. This is my 3rd time ordering and took a while but the wait was worth it. The support team stayed in contact to let me know the status of my order. Looking forward to ordering again.

I ordered a large cloak and actually needed a small. I did have to pay the shipping to return the large cloak but that was disclosed. Belle was excellent at keeping in contact with me during the process and making sure my order was replaced for the correct size. The material and quality is great!!! Grea customer service!!!

Great color and workmanship. Im in the zone when wearing it. Edward Saint-Pe'

Just got my cloak and jacket. Again, two more exquisite items. My granddaughter commented on the Norse designs on the cloak and frequently I get comments when I'm out and about. Great job. Thanks again.

Although it took awhile for me to receive the items, it was well worth the wait. I purchased two hooded blankets for my children and they will not take them off since they got them. I'm very impressed with the material as well as the customer service. 10/10

Livraison de produit promis entre 10-15 jours mais livrer 10 semaines plus tard. Je recommande pas si vous avez un besoin à court terme
Vraiment déçu

Although it took a little longer than expected, the Rune Hooded Sherpa blanket was just perfect. My SIL fell in love with it. Communication was very good. I am sure I'll be ordering again and will allow for the necessary preparation time. (arrived 01/22/24)

Very happy with the fit and quality of the 3 t-shirts I bought from this company. Customer service was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had.

Fixed a pricing issue immediately to my complete satisfaction. Clothing meets my high expectations, as usual (repeat customer). Spent a great deal and expect to do so again soon.

I absolutely love this company! The artwork, design layout is amazing! The quality is superior. I have been extremely satisfied with everything I have ordered and that’s why I keep going back. Whenever I have had a question customer service has excelled in providing me prompt assistance. The best of the best!

Bjorn cloak is fantastic! Great fit (XXL, I'm 6'3" 265lb), soft and love the design.

Lunafide has great products! I love ther designs, especially the Norse based ones.
Workmanship is outstanding!
I did order for Yule delivery, and only half the order arrived by then, but communication on completion was excellent 😀
I will be ordering more products and recommend Lunafide as a great company!

I don’t even know where to begin. This is our 2nd time dealing with this company. If you want your order to take 3 months or longer to arrive with absolutely zero helpful information from customer service just copy pasted useless responses then sure order from here.

Recently received my Yule cloak and I’m thrilled with my purchase. The cloak itself is surprisingly sturdier than expected, like a heavy fleece blanket that has pockets. While it did take close to a month to get to me, Lunafide was sending me updates much more frequently than anticipated, which I greatly appreciated. Definitely worth the price, it washes well, can’t wait for it to finish drying so I can use it!

My robe hase a beautiful design and is supper comfy and soft and warm. I love it. Thank you .

Great products; great customer service despite there being some confusion. Only good things to say about it. Got the joggers, I would recommend going even 2 sizes up if you want a looser fit.
