They advertise product that is out of stock. Charged my credit card in February for a watch that wasn't going to be shipped at least until the beginning of April. NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER!!! Have to wait for email communication.

Purchased from the Liminox website in early January. Watched arrived in early February. Open package and watch does not work. I am guessing the battery is dead. Certainly not what I expected from such well regarded brand.

The ANU (Authorized for Navy Use) black watch is perfect for me!

beautiful watch. I bought this for my husband and he loves it. First watch ever he wears everyday. Would definitely buy and recommend.

I love the product but the customer service responsiveness could be improved. I sent a number of follow up messages related to status of order and did not receive any response.

Excellent quality watch however shipping was delayed due to warehouse inventory control I was told. Took almost 3 weeks to receive my order which didn’t make me happy.

When ordered on Jan.15, the website said 3-5 day delay. Ok. I still placed the order. Got the usual robo-answers “thanks” “were working on it” I had paid for 2 day shipping. So when it DID ship, it would be sent out UPS 2 day. Why my 2 Day shipping was refunded, i’’m not sure.
No updates were given for a week, even though i asked, several times.
When my watch was shipped it was sent ground. Again, if it was shipped 2day as originally requested, it would have arrived in time before i headed out for overseas.
My watch did arrive late Jan. 30th, after I had left. So it sits in its box at my house.
I think i was told some “changes in the organization” made it a challenge to fulfill my “in stock” order. No communication is bad communication.

Luminox makes nice watches, but it is ironic that shipping and communications got so bullocks with a reputation of dependability, toughness and accuracy.
Hope your US side of shipping can figure it out. You folks dropped the ball. That’s my experience.
My wish is that the watch is running satisfactorily when I do get to use it.

Finding the watch that I wanted was quick and easy however it took a month to receive it in the mail I contacted customer service via email and they were quick to respond and were apologetic and gave me 15% refund with out me asking for it. So for customer service top marks and for time to receive after order made definitely needs improvement

Shipping policy needs much improvement. It took 4 weeks from the time I ordered to the time the watch arrived. There was no shipping notification or communication. The package just arrived and was left outside on my doorstep. Not desirable for an expensive watch.

Two weeks ago I ordered two separate watches from this company’s website. Everything thing went fine and the orders were placed and I received 2 separate email confirmations saying the purchase was successful!

Within 48 hours of ordering the first watch I received an email saying my credit card was being refunded because they were out of stock, as far as my second order it was the same situation but it took over 10 days for me to receive an email saying my credit card was being refunded because they were out of stock. I don’t get it - it’s 2018 the website should reflect the available merchandise to sell and if sold out then Luminox should not have it “available to purchase” and lead customer to believe they have successfully purchased the item. It really is a waste of my time and an inconvenience.

As far as calling customer service........good luck on that one folks.

Great product and I received it in a timely manner. I could not be happier.

This was a no hassle transaction. I ordered my watch. It came to my door in the time frame that Luminox said it would. Excellent watch from an excellent company.

Ordered watch as Christmas gift. Had order delivered to friends house and it was instead mailed to my billing address and my wife seen the gift. No Christmas surprise this year. Then in late January I get email saying my watch had just shipped and I sent message I don't need another watch. A lot of misdirection but I do like a Luminox watch.

In relation to your products, I love what I have and apparently 8 isn’t enough! I have been a fan since 2000.
With reference to the service on my last order, man you guys totally rocked it. Can say anything more except that if you continue to produce cool watches I’ll have to buy another watch case.

It took me many emails before I finally could get the warranty card for my son's watch - to the point where I was doubting I was dealing with a legit site. My son really likes the watch but I was nervous the whole time that I had paid for a fake one.

My husband surfs, golfs, cycles, pretty much does everything outdoors. He has 2 Luminox watches and I just bought him another. He loves them - btw we have a special ops guy in the family so my husband isn't the only one ho likes them.
