Hair was not totally human hair melted when I tried to flat iron it. The hair hair was shedding. One of the tracks came apart and was hanging off the wi. One of the combs was also hanging off the wig. I will never order from this company again.

Do not buy

I ordered the ombre bundles and the hair is so then and especially at the bottom. My stylist had to cut the bottom off until she got to a fuller part. It is also crunchy and over processed. I will never buy this hair again.

Very soft hair & took dye sooo well! Definitely worth the extra money to get 613 instead of bleaching bundles at home.
The hair was true to weight (I weighed them lol) and length. I did have to cut some layers into it to bring it to life. And if I could have fit another bundle on my head I would have (more volume) but I really love full hair so take that for what it’s worth.

Overall good hair

I ordered the 8 inch black hair and I love it so much. The hair is soft, easy to work with, hasn't tangled, and overall easy to work with. This was the first lace front wig I installed and it turned out pretty well, but I'm not a professional so you can still see the lace. At first I wasn't sure if I really liked how the wig looked on me, but it's really all about how you style the wig. I don't have much experience with wigs, but it seemed very good for the price. So I bought the Lumiere Color #4 Brown Water Wave 4 Bundles 100% Human Hair for my birthday in August, and I got it installed a few days before the actual day. It wasn’t even a week and the way the hair was shedding and getting matted up was ridiculous! I’d even put conditioner in it, brush it, let it air dry, wrap it up when I went to bed, and it still did the same thing, and depending on what I was doing it would start looking like big dreads. I spent a lot of my time on my trip trying to revive my hair so I wasn’t looking a hot mess which was so time consuming. I couldn’t wait to go back home to take the bundles out and put them straight in the trash. They should be ashamed for selling this hair and have the nerve to call it “human hair” because I could’ve bought that cheap quality stuff at the beauty supply store.

Fake products. They need to be held accountable. People need to stop supporting this scammers. This was my worst experience ever. And they are bold enough to tell you. They can't refund you because it's a lost ro them. The audacity they have.

Disappointed and misleading.
I received my ponytail drawstring. I was totally unhappy. Looks cheap and is so thin. Not the right length. I could lot beleive how light it feels. Just hardly any hair. I sent an email to customer service to return the item. They had the audacity to offer me $15 plus the person said I will give you an extra $5 out of my pocket. I was so insulted. I paid $72.72. T hi is is a copy and paste of the email they sent me:

hi dear,thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction, we can give you 2 solutions,
solution 1:
if you can keep the hair, we can give you more compensation, in fact our maximum refund is $15， but in order for your satisfaction， i will refund you extra $5 from my own salary, so $20 is the best i can do for you, is it ok ?
solution 2:
we can accept return any eligible item within 15 days of receiving your original order. you need to pay the shipment and custom fee, when we receive the hair,we need check it ,then refund you .
As we are not in the same country ,we do not have the return label ,you can send the hair back by your local post office , the return shipping fee is the cheapest,

On their website it says they will return the item after contacting them for a full refund. Why wouldn’t they say everything they said in the email to me where they stated that there is a customs fee and they won’t send a shipping label and blah blah blah. Super misleading if you ask me. I told them to send me the address and I will see how much it costs to send it back. Waiting for their response. I’ve seen such negative reviews on Amazon with this vendor. I should’ve checked the reviews! Ugh. I would have never placed the order. Now I’m waiting for them to respond and send me the address to return the item. I will not accept $20. I want other people to understand how they work so they don’t get scammed. It’s crazy that all the reviews on here are so good. Do they take off the negative ones? We’ll see after I post this. There are so many unhappy customers on tick tock posting bad reviews. I’m just so disappointed. I will post a follow up after they send me the address and confirm they refunded all my money. Scam scam scam is all I can say. The quality is so cheap. I get better hair on temu for way cheaper and better quality. Temu will actually give you your refund!
