Another DO NOT BUY tale
Another DO NOT BUY tale. I placed the order without reading the reviews and then instantly tried to cancel it for a refund, which they refused as 'it had already been processed'. My mistake, but assured I could return for a full refund. One month and zillions of emails and evidence and sweet 'sorry for the inconvenience' emails later, still no refund or promise of one. I have the pack here waiting for the returns label, but feeling stalled all the way. First they told me I had taken out a subscription when I definitely had not. I cancelled that. Then I had to wait until the tea was delivered so I could return it, which took longer that their service standard. Meanwhile, I had tried to get the money back via PayPal, which rejected my claim as the company said they had sent the tea, which finally arrived. But because I had opened up a dispute with PayPal Lulutox will not refund. PayPal has closed the case and confirmed it in writing but Lulutox says the case is still open. I have been sent round and round in circles, all for just £21.90. Yes, they want us to just give up and go away, but then they can continue the sharp practice. The chatbot agents are pleasant and sympathetic but do not have the capacity to act despite promising that all will be well. I have wasted so much time on this. To be continued no doubt...
