Ordered 2 chairs in the middle of June no product. When I click the link in the email page not found. What a rip off.

No doubt, this was a scam. Take your money run. Got sucked into the chair advertisement and still setting on my hands after well over a month. Good lesson here, only buy from known dealers.

What a ripoff I was so excited to get these new chairs only to be disappointed after receiving nothing after over a month of waiting. Now the website no longer exists. W......T.....F!!!!!

Same as everyone else, I purchased 2 chairs end of June. They told me to wait until end of July to receive my product due to covid. Bull****! I have not received a response to my email and when I go to their website, it's no longer available. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS! Today I went thru the process to dispute my charges (of coarse they took my money the day I put in the order)!!

Worst company ever, very shoddy. They are out of China but pretend to be in the USA. They changed their name from Lulunina to Colourful Best. I ordered 3 chairs from them on July 3rd and was told I had to wait 18-20 days so I did. On July 23 I emailed them and was told I would receive them the end of July. Well it is now August 3rd and I never received them. I requested a refund and now they won't reply.
WARN YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO BUY FROM CHINA THEY ARE JUST STEALING OUR MONEY.

Just like everyone else here, ordered 2 chairs at the end of June... The shipping company is crippled because of Covid my ass... they will not answer emails...DO NOT BUY THEIR B*LLSHIT...DO NOT BUY THEIR B*LLSHIT...DO NOT BUY THEIR B*LLSHIT...DO NOT BUY THEIR B*LLSHIT..... THESE are the kinds of people that make us hard working people wanna do BAD things to their worthless asses when they take our money....F*&K buying anything off of #FACEBOOK EVER again....lesson learned !!!

Very Upset, I hate Cheats.
Send me my chairs or send me my money back. I will find a way to get one or the other. Class action Law SUIT. MAYBE..... I will give you one week for an answer.......

Guess what, another bad review! Good write up on FB, American company, etc! Ordered the product on 06/25 and it has not yet shipped. The website no longer exists and three e-mails asking for shipment tracing has gone unanswered. If purchasers stray from the "big guys" on the Internet, this often happens. Small wonder startups fail!

Guess I need to contact my bank about this scam of a "company". I placed my order on 6/30/2020, and to date have NOT received my order, and you can not get a hold of anyone at that company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Phone number listed in one of these reviews does NOT exist. HORRIBLE!

I ordered 2 swinging chairs on June 22nd. I emailed them asking when they will be shipped. They responded with 20 business days due to COVID-19. It is July 31 and I still have not received my order. I emailed them again a week ago and I have not received a response. I have placed orders with amazon and camping world and I have received them all in a timely manner even with COVID-19 going on. The site no longer exists when I went to check on my order. I am frustrated and angry and I will find a way to get my chairs or my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are now referred to as colourfulbest but that site doesn’t exist either.

I ordered the 2 camp chairs. It has been over a month, and I have not received them. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I tried to click on the link in their text again, and it was a broken link. I was able to find them online and sent an email about my order. The response was very unprofessional and blamed COVID, saying I would get the chairs the next week. I still haven't gotten them, and it's been about 2 weeks. I also haven't heard anything more from them. When I tried to find their website this time, it doesn't exist.

Ordered 2 chairs on July 2nd. I used them as they sited they were American based! I have since sent 3 e-mails to their Customer Service with no reply. I called 919.842.3887 and call was immediately dropped. They were quick to take my money and then they were done! Now their website lulunina.com no longer exists!!!! I'm out the money, my husband does not get his birthday gift!!!! I found their add on Face Book - thought the company would have been vetted - NOT!

Wow this is messed up.I saw the ad on facebook.I thought They would at least vet these companies.They got me too.They did return my email.Say'n it was comin they blamed covid the new go to reason for everything.I was relieved to hear from them.I thought good it's comin Never showed up.I guess I can stop waiting for it.I will never buy from anything on facebook again.I've had problems before with buy'n stuff on facebook.But it always came.NEVER AGAIN at least people that used credit cards should have some recourse.Like a moron I used my debit card.It's gone.Sorry for those of you who ordered a lot of them.

This place is a scam. I ordered three of the swinging chairs back on June 20th. They take your money and tell you need to be patient and it will ship in 20 days. I have emailed them about 4 times and received no answer. WHAT A SCAM. It is now July 28th and still nothing. The thing I noticed is they are no longer lulunina.com, they are now colourful.best. I guess that is how they get away with it, just change names. Tried to report them to the BBB, as they claim to be a member, but they are not. Don’t bother with this company.

I wish I would have found these reviews sooner. I ordered 2 chairs but never got them. I’ve written several emails to be avail. I don’t understand how they can get away with this. Their site took me to some colourful best sight but I can’t get an answer from there either.

I'm with everyone else. ZERO stars. I ordered the chairs on 6/20/20. I have sent multiple emails to Lulunina and also the colorfulbest. The most recent email was on 7/20. I still have not received any response from them. They did take the money. I am not a happy camper, to say the least.

I ordered 2 of the stargazing campin chairs on June 17, 2020. I emailed them requesting a tracking number and to confirm they were the the same brand as in the promotional video and I received this response..."Please don't worry, the product I ordered the reclining stargazer chair is the same brand (Nemo) used in this promotional sites video." " You can receive it at the end of July."

This is the worst company ever. Can not get in touch with them. Waiting over a month for the chairs. Refuse to answer my email. Looks like a big scam to me. Do not order from this company!!

same as everyone else. Ordered chairs on June 22nd and never got them Total scam and I paid with apple pay and they wont dispute it or give me my money back. they said that I approved the transaction and its not their fault. NEVER will use apple pay again. DONT TRUST THEM!!
