I had a great time getting pierced at Luluave. I went during their Black Friday promotion and it was well worth it. We waited about 30 minutes to get pierced but talked with the staff about jewelry size, placement, and fit while waiting. They were kind to ask if we were okay with filming for the socials and we said yes. Overall the piercings went smooth and they shared with us that switching out our flat backs in 3 months is included in the price. Highly recommend coming here :)

From seeing them on tik tok to attending their special discount piercing special days, it’s been smooth sailing. The staff has been helpful in selecting a piercing and jewelry, in upsizing and downsizing, and just the experience was pleasant. So pleasant, I’m excited for future piercings after these heal!

The ladies at LuluAve were kind and professional and gave me great styling advice. They were able to open my existing piercings and place new jewelry for me.

First time getting a piercing from there, I got my helix. It was really nice when I got inside and welcoming. They asked if I wanted a count down or not before they pierced it and double checked if the location of the piercing was to my liking which I really liked. I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain, it was super quick. They gave clear instructions on how to clean and take care of it while it’s in the healing process and when to go back if I wanted to downsize later on. Would def go back again for any future piercings!!!

I’ve been a long time customer of Lulu Ave. when it was Lulu’s body piercing in Westminster. I followed Johnny and his staff for the amazing customer experience. It’s always a great time during my appointment.

We had a great experience, both when I took my 13 yr old daughter to have her ears pierced for the first time, and also when she got hit in the ear in volleyball and lost an original earring. LuluAve kindly replaced it so she could continue healing properly. Very happy!

They were nice and helpful when I went in to get the piercing done. They give you a number that you can text for any questions or updates about your healing process, but when I texted it, I received no answer. It was for a rather urgent matter, too, so I wish they had responded. I ended up solving the issue I had on my own.

10/10 to getting my ears pierced here!! So welcoming and kind! Got my rook and daith piercing! Very nice I love how they came out and was painless! Well for me i didn’t feel anything! :) Would definitely recommend!
