Rubish. The delivery to Spain took nearly one month! When recieved, the phone case looked nice, but it is completely broken after 3 weeks.

Not bad at all if you accept a long delivery time
I ordered an Ultra Slim Grid Heat Dissipate Phone Case in dark blue for my iPhone XR and only afterwards read the reviews on this site (not so smart). So my expectations were zero after reading those reviews. So waited, waited..and waited for the delivery from China to my adres in The Netherlands. After an email enquiry about the long delivery time that I was waiting, I received a very polite mail suggesting delivery would take 2-3 weeks. And finally after 23 days I received the case. And guess what? I really like the case. The dark blue colour is actually as nice as pictured on the website and the quality seems also very good for US $ 20,00. So thumbs up from me, if you can accept the long delivery time. 👍

I don't even want to one star to this company. Don't ever buy from this company because they lure you in with their best price but the product they sent to you is not what they advertise. Their customer service is kicking you around and nothing will happen at the end. Again if you buy from this company will be at your own risk. Don't give out your credit card information to this company neither!!!!

I ordered a pair of sun glasses online, total crap, they don't look as advertised, I don't recomand using them at all, stick to Amazon. Typical Chinese scam artist. They do not respond to a return or cancelation request.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered the red iPhone case for my red iPhone XR.
The case I received is more like Orange than red. I'm not at all fashion conscious but I'd be embarrassed to be seen with my phone in that case.
I've tried dealing with them but they deny there's an issue. All they would do, in the end, is to offer a 5% refund.
I know we have distance selling regulations in the UK, but effectively they're worthless in this instance.
Although Lukmall's website appears to have a nice slick American feel to it, be aware you're dealing with a Chinese company (all stuff is made in & shipped from China), so they'll laugh at you when things go wrong.
Received wrong iPhone case
I ordered an iPhone XS case but received an iPhone XS MAX case. Clearly, the case is too big for the phone. I have yet to receive a new case because each time I contact Lukmall for a status, I get a different agent who asks for something else. I have provided the order #37679, the issue request numbers, photos of the packaging and product received and difference is sizes. Very very POOR customer service. This has been going on since 10/11/2019 with no resolution.

ORDER #34162 The one for the iPhone XS fit very very bad and the one for iPhone 7s has gone broke in just 2 weeks. Very little understanding in the customer service and a very small $4 refund. Do not buy their products

Seems legit, but...
I couldn't find any reviews about this company online anywhere. I don't know if they just started out or what, but I did find some bad reviews for kaaum.com and as it turns out lukmall.com is affiliated with kaaum.com as their websites are almost identical looking and they sell the same stuff such as cell phone gear and shoes. I don't know if they are partners or if kaaum.com is the parent company or what.
So I ordered 2 phone cases from lukmall.com and it was taking forever to ship them so I decided to cancel the order after finding one review here on trust pilot saying they send you a case that doesn't fit and/or is the wrong color and then won't do anything about it. They're pretty good about getting back to you via email as they have no phone number to call, I will give them that (at least they were for me). However, when you try to cancel your order they want to know why, if you want a store credit instead, or just get a refund. After about 9 emails back and forth of them trying to talk me out of a refund, I finally did get a refund by standing my ground.
BOTTOM LINE: They seem legit and have decent customer service it seems as of now (9/5/19), but bad products. They might send you something that's worthless, cheap, and/or can't be used.
