Lukamachain Anmeldelser

Coole designs, snelle levering

I recently had an issue with a zip-up sweater I purchased, as the zipper broke after limited use. I reached out to Lukamachain, and I was really impressed with their customer service.

Although the item was out of stock, Driss handled the situation perfectly. He was transparent, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with a gift card and some extra credit for the inconvenience. It’s rare to find such honest and helpful support these days. A big shoutout to Driss for his help.

I highly recommend them!

Tried to make a return for item that sent my size and have got no reply

I’m from italy and the standard shipping was pretty quick, like 9-10 days. I bought the pink polo and it’s fire, the quality is way better then I originally thought. I also had struggle with my local carrier and contacted via their insta page, they are very kind and helpful. Love

It was quick and easy. But the shirt is very thin and see through. Dope shirt though

Quality 10/10
Next day delivered
Best brand ever

Everything is perfect from the quality of the product to the quality of the packaging.
I 100% recommend!!!

Clean website, good quality clothes, and a good communication with Driss, who helped me with the order! Sweater came in 2 days, which is really fast. I will be a fixed costumer!

Klein mailtje geschreven over mijn probleem, kreeg gelijk antwoord.

Dat is natuurlijk top.

Shout out naar Driss voor de hulp en ik raad je aan om hier kleding te halen. Het is mooie kleding van goede kwaliteit dus echt een aanrader

Excellent clothing quality, sizes fit perfect

Very good experience with Lukamachain !
We ordered tracksuit and the shipping was extremely fast. Unfortunately, the parcel got stuck with Bpost due to their strike, wich was completely out of the store's control.
Despite this, the customer service was outstanding. I would like to thank Driss, who was very professional, responsive and genuinely friendly. He followed up carefully on the situation and did everything he could to help us. I highly recommend Lukamachain !

The website glitched and I accidentally bought the wrong size but it was fixed in under 10 minutes. S/O to Dress for getting me right.
Great customer service!

Fast and good delivery. A wonderful designed hoodey in a good quality.

From start to finish - excellent and easy
Easy to order and delivery was quick within 4 days!
Received a lovely well packed and solidly sealed box.
My son opened this on his birthday and was over the moon. So lovingly packaged and the quality is high end and fits perfectly. No short arms or short legs.
Thank you and will be buying more

The jogger I got was so good, the quality is fire, and even the guys who run the Instagram page are really nice. Overall, fantastic experience, I highly recommend.

Livraison parfaite rien à dire !
