Update
Despite your claims of easy returns your company made it completely impossible to return an order. Replies were sarcastic rude and unhelpful and the return was rejected by your company. Our experience is very different to the helpful and easy returns process you claim to have .
Poor quality product which was impossible to return. Terrible customer service.
Update. In response to the brand’s comments below.
We ordered from the real Lukamachain website, and despite several interactions with the real customer service team they would not help us return product to their distribution centre in Belgium.

Love the Quality on everything
Been ordering since early 2022 and I have to say that the products are very good quality and never had flaws. The shipping is also fast and I never had to wait very long to receive my order although I live in Germany. The one time I had to write a message to the customer support I didn’t have any problems.

Ordered item but was too small so reordered correct size and returned first hoodie as per instructions from store to ShopWeDo. ShopWeDo refused to accept our return and it is now showing as return to sender. We are unable to trace the package and it appears to have been lost!! Lukamachain refusing to refund and we are now out of pocket. Shocking customer service. DO NOT USE!! Return policy is a scam

Ich bin über TikTok auf lukamachain aufmerksam geworden und das war wirklich eine Bereicherung nicht nur für mich sondern vor allem für meinen Kleiderschrank die Lieferungen waren bisher immer pünktlich die Sachen waren in top Qualität und haben das beste fit was ich je hatte als Beispiel die Hosen sitzen wie angegossen mit einem super schönen baggy style aufjedenfall zu empfehlen die preise sind auch gut für die Qualität und das Advertising zusammen mit der Gestaltung der Seite eine 10/10
