Lovely earrings and delivered within given timescales. Only downside is I wish I’d asked for gift packaging, but assumed -wrongly - that they would be packed in a box as they are when purchased from a high street jeweller! Will know in future.

Beautiful necklace, shocking packaging
EDIT: For anyone reading this and seeing that, in their response below, the company said they’d like the opportunity to discuss this, and then thinking they’d offer something like a discount off future purchases, I rang them.They didn’t. The response? To ask me to repeat what my review had said and reply sorry, we’ll look into our packaging policy. That’s it….
The silver Elements necklace is beautiful, unique and excellent value for money. However it was really badly packaged and despite a jewellery box, gift bag and dust bag all being included in the padded envelope, the necklace itself was just stapled into a little plastic bag, then dropped in the envelope, not even put in the box it was meant for! It arrived tangled and screwed up. It took me half an hour to untangle the chain from the extender then another 10 minutes to work out how the pendant and its dangly bits should fall as they had become wrapped over each other. The experience was disappointing and nothing like the exciting “reveal” I’d been anticipating when I spent almost £200 on this necklace.

Gorgeous!
I bought the Element earrings this time. Great to get these beauties with 20% off. They are really elegant, indeed, I have five pairs of Lucy’s earrings now, in both the silver and rose gold plating, and two of her bracelets. They are so different from anything else on the market. The style is contemporary and suitable for day and evening wear. I know I’ll be back for more of Lucy’s stunning designs! Thank you very much.

The earring studs were bent and don’t fit the other part of the earring very well at all… they don’t drop right. I loved the last earrings I boughtZ so bought these for my nieces 21st… very disappointing.. also the quality not as god as previous

Limited Edition pearls

Thrilled with my new crossover drip bangle as I have already purchased the yellow gold & rose gold & now have the silver so I knew that I would be happy as the design is so elegant that I wear it everyday but still feel ‘fancy’ when it gets admired & more than happy to say where I got it.
The quality is brilliant & well made & this time I also received a free pair of earrings which are beautiful so they were a gorgeous bonus!
