I won $200 and cashed out over a month ago. It still says waiting for review and I don’t think I will ever get the money. This casino is a scam.

I hit for 121 and this was a week aga and it says under review and i cant get ahold of any one

I’ve been waiting on my redemption for 2 months. It says it is still under review. Customer service responded a couple of times at first stating it was being reviewed and all redemptions are reviewed personally so it would take some time. They have stopped responding to my inquiries all together now.

They give you 50 free spends and let you win a ton of money.But only let you withdraw a 100 after jumping through a million hoops.And spending ten dollars. A real casino on line or live would not limit the amount you could win on a promotion. I feel like I wasted hours of my time for nothing.

I must say it took a month but you have to be patient. I got my winnings in my bank account on Monday. It took a month but they do send it. They do not scam. Nobody they don't take your winnings. They do pay out. It just takes a little time and patience so please people give them a chance. They really are honest

I submitted a request in May for 100.00 that I won. They would not answer my emails. I found a site called casino guru where you can search for lucky legends and file A complaint. I got 11.00 today in Paypal, not the 100.00 I won. They suck!

This is the worst casino I've ever dealt with it's been a month and a half since I've requested a withdrawal they've changed the rules from $50 minimum withdrawal to $100 so I changed the amount instead of 7 to 14 days to approve it and 7 to 14 days to send it all the only Casino in the world it takes more than a month to get paid and they give you the runaround and don't want to pay not sure if they pay still haven't been paid

Lucky Legend is a rip off. I won 1,800 and the casino didn't pay me a dime. If you hit on the casino machine, why can't you received your winning. I send in documentation and still didn't receive my payment. I play with Lucky Legend for a year in a half, and when I finally win nothing. Is there a way to sue a casino website, if it's post info. I won over $1300 and they still have not paid me. I’ve text them. I’ve emailed them and they will not respond. I think they’re a rip off casino stay away from Lucky Legends Casino. They gladly take your money to gamble, but when you win, they will not pay you seriously do not have anything to do with them bad news. I think maybe they’re going bankrupt feels like a company going bankrupt. They won’t pay out so I think everybody is screwed over. It is unfortunate.

I love playing the games and I have been able to redeem winnings in the past but now I am not able to redeem. It has blocked me from verifying my id. I tried sending different forms of identification, but now I am blocked and I have sent several emails to try to resolve this and have not been able to get through to anyone !! The email comes back with an error stating full!!!
