Lucky Creek Casino Anmeldelser

Terrible site. Have to fight for money won and they give you all these bonuses and once the play thru is done it gives you 25 bucks. Even if you have 1000 in winnings.

I would put 5 stars because when I did win, and I've cashed out on $2,000 three seperate times and $2,500 another time. The transactions went fine every time. Now just like any casino, it took a lot of playing to get there but I've gotten back much more then I've put in, more then fair, right?
Problem is, since then no matter if I deposit $20 or $100, it plays a little then starts to go to zero very fast. I've put in quite a lot since I cashed out on my winnings and haven't even been able to cash out on a lousy $100..That is very disappointing. FOR THIS LUCKY CREEK GETS 1 STAR

I withdrew a winnings of $800 on February 14 that morning I had to do an international wire transfer. I filled out everything completely correct today is the 24th and I still have not received my money every time I call or message them they tell me something different but they said it’s on the way and I should get it any day now. I think they’re a scam. Do not play here

I WON ALMOST $700.00 AND COULDN'T WITHDRAW NOT EVEN $540 BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO LEAVE SOME M9NEY TO KEEP PLAYING. I TRIED $480 AND STILL COULDN'T WITHDRAW THAT AMOUNT, CALLED AND SOMEBODY HELPED ME, SO I WITHDRAW $400 AND STILL WAITING FOR MY MOBEY. I MADE THE WITHDRAW ON 2-10-25 STILL NOTHING, I'VE CALLED LIKE THREE TIMES ALREADY, EVEN CHAT SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING.

I won $380, few days later I saw they proceeded only $240 and started chatting with one agent by and he told me they have already processed 100... I'm done with this BS

IF you use a Bonus code, They will only cash out 1000 max. they cancel out all other winnings, they don't disclose this till you complain about it.

I personally won 4600 on their site, last deposit wasn't on a bonus code. but i still had some money from a previous deposit. they still claimed the bonus payout max was $1000. and refuse to fix their issue.

Site also takes extremely long to receive withdrawal. cashed out 2/1. still took till 2/13 to receive payment where they still charge $40 processing fee. they said $20 but took $40.

dont waste you time and money with them

Don't play here. They are crooks. Don't accept any bonus because whether you do playthru are not they will screw ya . Please stay away they suck Big Time

lucky creek casino and treasure mile along with grand eagle casino are rip off casinos they wont pay you the money you win I'm homeless and out n cold I won $1225 on there casino platform and I did everything it said I needed to and forfeited the bonus they give me and they have not paid me the money I won they say they wired it to my account but cant provide tracer number and nothing is in my account or anything so don't waste your time or money at any of these casinos

This casino is a joke. I learned the hard way. I withdrew $9,100. and only received $80. Allegedly my winnings came from free spins, which they did not.

Pretty much everything about this casino sucks. Wouldn’t recommend to anything. Scammy.

It literally lost my deposit. Cash app said they got it. They won't cough it up I'm out

I won $3000 and have screenshots of how they have taken over $2000 back due to their policies and they also noted they can take all of it at their discretion. I have yet to receive anything.

WOW If I read these reviews first I probably wouldn't have played on lucky creek or there 7 or 8 sister sites in the group. I play on all there sites and honestly never had a problem. I learned the hard about there bonus or match play when I turned some free spins into like 30 grand found out max cash out was 25 bucks, but I had fun used the money on there sites for weeks after. Word to the wise, DO NOT take any free play, match because .you have to do like 100X play thru and they cap ur winnings at like $25. I have played with them for a few years now and honestly they payed me the 12 or so times I won. In the last 5 days I won 800,$1000,$888,$700 and lastly today another $800 and $400. I already got the first 3 winnings payed to my crypto account and definitely expect to get the rest within a few days. As long as u use straight up money (no bonuses) and win, they will pay you. Make sure u do the KYC part. "Know your customer" most people with there problems took match or bonuses and didn't feel the need to read the T&C. Live and learn. Good luck all.

My heartfelt sorrow to all the people who were scammed by this and other casinos. However, I cannot lie about my own experiences. I've been playing with this group (which includes their sister sites Grand Eagle, Treasure Mile and Mandarin Palace) for over 15 years now and have won several times. Not once have I ever NOT been paid. I'm serious. I can't explain what happened in all the instances where people weren't paid, but I do know that I have always gotten paid. One word of advice though: DON'T TAKE bonuses from ANY casino. They have almost million dollar playthroughs that the average player cannot outlast. Just deposit and play. No bells, no whistles, no bonuses, no free spins. Even loyalty points are counted as a bonus. I'm letting my loyalty points build up to get an Amazon gift card. Just deposit and play. And one more important thing: read the terms and conditions, not verbatim, but scan them closely to see what's allowed and what's not.

This fu€king casino sucks fat hairy balls! I deposited $150 of my own money, was given the choice to accept a bonus or not, I chose not to, being that in order to withdraw after the bonus, one must play through $17,000 worth of wagering. I play only live dealer blackjack and roulette, and had done well, winning over $1200. When I went to withdraw, the casino told me that I had accepted the bonus, and in order to withdraw any funds, I had to play through the $17,000, even tho I only played live dealer, and you can’t play with bonus money in the live dealer section. Total fu[king con artist scam job. Stay away from this shi++y casino. Zero stars would have been a better choice for this shi+ hole.

Do NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO. I have deposit money and got a bonus that I was told I needed to play what ever amount do to be able to cash out. Which I did and finished winning 10, 000 dollars. I contacted the casino and ask if that was real money and if I could withdraw and I also explained that had received a bonus on my deposit. The person I spoke said yes congratulations you have won and yes you can cash out. I did cash out and then I was told to wait for 48 hours because finance needed to make sure everything was good. So I waited for almost 3 weeks and only had received 940 dollars out of the ten thousand dollars. When I ask about they said that because I had received a bonus I could only get one thousand dollars out of the ten. I ask them to explain why I was told this before and costumer service was rude and just give me pure lies. The nine thousand dollar was taken away and when I ask about it they said oh well you can get bonus from us if you ask. But that is also a lie because they do not give you anything unless you deposit. This is the worse casino online.

Casino sucks . I got all the way up to $300 and then I tried to withdraw and it said I had to make a deposit to complete free spins . Then. Every time I was playing a slot after I’d get a bonus or something it would glitch and not give me the games that continued . This casino sucks . Of course I went to make a deposit and it said none of my cards were any good . Wish I could give it 0 stars.

F*#k THIS CASINO! 1 star is actually too much for this RIGGED ASS CASINO SITE! I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PLAY HERE NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY TO WASTE!! THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT SUCKS THE MOST IN THIS PIECE OF SH!T SITE!! DONT PLAY HERE

This site knew that I was dealing with identity theft issues from the start of creating my account with them. And they knew money was being stolen from my financial accounts. I added money to this site as a means of trying to protect it from being stolen from me, and then they did! I got the complete run around with having my money reimbursed that wasn't used for any gambling purposes and then became rude with me when speaking to customer service support about this situation. In fact I even reported to them directly about an unrecognized card on my account myself and 3 others that were mine, but began having issues with them so I had updated to one new card and asked for all the others to be removed. They removed only the one card account that should have remained on the account. And then called me a liar, stole all my money from me, and placed some sort of gambling addiction response on me for trying to have my money refunded back to the original account that sent the money. They claim its been sent, but my account says it's not there, wasn't ever sent back. And now, they hold an illegal 3rd party block on all my accounts that were also hyjacked or compromised by hackers so that none of my evidence against them can be given to police or investigators. They stole my money and then lied about everything including the chat logs for which showed that I had reported such incident as that unrecognized card account myself and asked for a proper resolution for the situation. Lucky creek casino is a scammer site and they are genuine thieves!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BITCOINS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THEIR ACCOUNT. BETTER OFF NOT EVEN PROVIDING ANY REAL PII INFORMATION EITHER BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL IT TO THE DARK WEB!! Date of event: March 6th through March 11th, of 2022! And they still mess with my accounts. I had to set a date of occurance to be able to submit this review but their date doesn't go back to 2022 so I just used today's date.

SO WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT ALL THESE BOGUS ONLINE CASINO'S keeping withdrawals "I NEED THE INTERNET PATROL" GEEEZZZ!!!
