The company experiencing supply issues. Pre-Ordered from them on Feb 2 2026, when shipping date was advertised on their official site as March 10 2026. Checked my order status on March 10 and support told me new shipping date somewhere in May 2026. Asked them for refund, refunded quickly, but wasted a month with them.

It is really awesome eBike. It is really fast, the shock are really good, teh light is amazing, the sit is really comfy, the gear, off course Shimano, are great givin you more torque. Really good breaks.

My Luckeep M5 Max review this bike is amazing especially for the price I paid , it rides very smooth , the seat is comfortable it goes faster than I expected. The pedal assist is works great in all modes , not much throttle delay at all , on top of that the battery has lasted me it’s still fully charged after going full throttle for about a mile. Definitely recommend this bike for any beginners or someone who is skeptical on buying, the bike was delivered to my house fast assembly was pretty straight forward 5 out of 5 stars for me now just need to keep up with maintenance and cleaning it so it continues to run like a dream !

I bought the Luckeep X3 and I was very impressed with the quality of the bike. It's very comfortable to ride, and I've used it for up to two weeks on a single battery charge. My children fell off the bike, but it held up well. Only the front light broke, and I haven't been able to find a replacement on the website. I hope you can send me a new one instead of the bicycle lock.

I bought the Luckeep X1 and this thing is powerful, comfortable, and durable. I've taking it for a 10-mile ride and I'm very impressed with the battery life. I will definitely be buying accessories for this beautiful bike.

The C23 is my second ebike from Luckeep and it has been such a joy to ride and easy to put togrther. I like the step through design since I am disabled and have a hard time with one of my legs the C23 design makes it easy to hit the road. I also like the fact that it as a foldable body. 100% recommend the ebike.

Just received and assembled an X3. It shipped within hours of placing order and arrivesd in two days, Early !!!
Minimal assembly and so impressed with the quality of build and components. The pedal assist torque sensor is smooth and it climbs hills impressively. Love all the extras!: A phone holder, multi tool, and NFC start cards. The big, bright color display, winged grips, large diameter solid seat post, comfy saddle, fully adjustable front fork and rear suspension smooth the bumps. I’m 6’1” / 220 lbs and It seemingly flies.

Great bike and easy to put together, have already taken on a few rides and it rides great. The battery is easy to charge, and easy to remove. I really like the fact that it's made for people that are shorter, because it's perfect for my daughter. She can now go on rides with me

I bought 2 bikes one for my wife and me (luckeep x1 lite) The assembly was super easy. We been going on adventures together. The bike is very reliable and fast. Also it folds and its easy to store. We be having so much fun.
