I purchased the Nimbleback 68% (LTC NB681) in March 2022 and it was plug-and-play, felt great, and had the perfect punch/volume for the key sounds. It randomly stopped working June 2023 so I emailed LTC and they answered promptly, we did some trouble shooting, and I ultimately needed a replacement--and the new one was on my doorstep in just a few days. They even emailed me to follow-up to ensure it's working! This product is an excellent value, and with this quality customer service LTC will be getting my business and referrals for years to come. When I initially bought my NB1041 and I thought it was broken, the customer support was very patient and understanding with me. I can only say good things about them when my keyboard began to work and it was simply user error. Hot swapping was so easy and the downloadable software is a great addition!

Ltcoffical support is superb! I had a keyboard that suddenly went faulty. I wrote them a swift email and they contacted me right away. After less than a week, they sent me a replacement. They were super responsive and I highly recommend buying from this store, you definitely won't regret it!
