We want to assure you that your completion was recorded and your CEUs were submitted to ASHA on our Jan-Mar 2026 quarterly report. We have confirmed that your information was included.
Your time and your professional development matter deeply to us, and we completely understand how stressful it is when your CEU hours don't appear in your ASHA registry when you need them.
We recognize that ASHA's reporting timeline can be confusing and, frankly, feel like a long wait. ASHA utilizes a 45-day reporting window following the end of each quarter, and it can then take ASHA additional weeks to post the activity to your registry account. While we do outline this process in our course materials, we clearly need to do a better job of making this timeline visible and easy to find. Your review has reinforced that for us.
Please know that your CEUs will be counted and will reflect your January completion date. We want to make this right for you and will reach out directly to ensure everything is in order.
