The course was comprehensive and worth the effort. The quizzes and tests throughout the course were based on information reviewed in the material. The Final exam had questions relating to the topics covered but required further exam prep beyond what the material in the course offered as it is designed to make you think. Critical thinking and further in depth research on the topics was required to pass the final exam. Take practice exams before doing the final. Most questions were easily found in the material with well organized notes. Review questions from the tests and quizzes in addition to online practice exams. Know these in advance because there is not time during the exam to look them up unless you know right were to look. You have one minuet per question. 150 questions and 2.5 hours to complete. There are case studies during the course but I would have liked further examples of industries and situations where specific statistical analysis or concepts are used, It would have helped relate to the material and remember each one with real life scenarios. Overall the course was informative. I learned a lot and it was worth the time and cost. To advance in the detailed implementation of some of the concepts seems to require further, and advanced education.

Great course with a mix of e-learning modules, case studies and exercises to complete in Minitab. Tests throughout so you can check your understanding and revisit if required.

The test questions for black belt don’t all align with the exam questions which can be misleading when you take exam

The material is not very engaging. Could include more practical examples of how to use the information in real life. The content feels very much like excerpts from a text book that makes it hard to get through and retain.

Most frustrated with the fact that I spent 2 hours on the final and my answers were not recorded the first time. It took multiple tries to get support. Tried the chat, contact list and direct email. No apology was offered, just the fact that they had no record of my exam being completed.

Learned a lot from the course and each phase was built in a way that would prep you for the next phase in learning. The materials were great and so were the mini tests. The team were also quick to respond to any questions so that was incredibly helpful. I never once ran into any glitches and it always picked up where I left off.

The Black Belt Certification course was comprehensive, user-friendly, and fair. I feel that I gained a thorough understanding of the DMAIC methodology. I highly recommend LSC for anyone who is looking for training in six sigma!
