Helpful customer support with a great product
We bought a desk 3 years ago and have loved it. Recently, our dog at the cord for the keypad, we reached out to Lowdesk and Paul was super helpful! They replaced it for free the next day.

Ordered a desk in Sept 2025 as a pre-order for delivery mid-Nov 2025. (Fine.) Delivery delayed to end of Nov. (Okay, fine.)
Get a tracking information beginning of December 2025. (At least my order is moving)
Wrong, the tracking info was not real. It was a "placeholder" for a future delivery. (Ridiculous)
It is now March 2026. I still do not have my product. I still have to constantly contact them for updates. No one seems to know what's going on and CS replies take days. I will be asking for a refund so I can move on.
I tried to hang on because this product would be the perfect solution for me, but this is ridiculous. It is so misleading to produce tracking information so far in advance. Very poor business practices.
We ordered a lowdesk in November. We got it in February. They sent us pieces to two different desks, neither were the model I ordered. The pieces didn't even come with instructions, so I had to dig for them online. Looking through the instructions I found, we were also missing parts.
Lowdesk's customer service is all email based with long wait times and they don't care about fixing this issue.
I have an identical experience to Nicky, see his review. Short story; I ordered in July, and now it is January and I still have no desk. The shipment have been postponed multiple times.
Im giving this a 2-star because I think the invention is good, and I do wish the company well and all the growth - even though I did not even get to try it yet. Also, I did get some discount due to the delays.
Sorry for bad review but I feel disappointed.
I do believe very much in this desk and think this company could hit globally, but delays and bad customer experiences like this will hold that back big time.
I am writing this review specifically for potential EU customers considering Uppeal (Lowdesk). While I cannot speak to the quality of the Lowdesk Pro frame itself—as I have yet to receive it—I can speak to the immense frustration regarding their fulfillment process and communication.
My experience began in July 2025. After initially being added to a waitlist due to complications with their European distribution, I paid in full for a pre-order on July 30th, 2025. Since then, the shipping date has been a moving target that Uppeal repeatedly misses, often only notifying me after the promised date has passed.
Here is the timeline of my experience:
Original Estimate: October 10th.
First Delay: Notified in late July that the first batch to the EU distributor would ship November 10th.
Second Delay: On November 11th (after the deadline), I was informed the date was pushed to December 12th.
Third Delay: On December 16th (again, after the deadline and only after I tried to contact them), I was told the December date was missed.
To their credit, in mid-December, support offered a solution: they would bypass the EU distributor and ship directly from their US warehouse immediately, covering all shipping and import duties to make up for the delays. After confirming logistics with them to ensure I could receive the package, I was explicitly promised that the order would ship that same week and that I would be updated if anything came up.
Current Status (Jan 8, 2026): I have heard nothing. My order status remains "unfulfilled," and the desk has not arrived. The promise to ship immediately from the US seems to have been another empty assurance.
The Main Issues:
Reactive Communication: I have exchanged over 50 emails across multiple threads over six months. The burden has constantly been on me to chase them for updates when deadlines pass.
Logistical Chaos: There was significant confusion regarding manual invoicing for EU orders, suggesting their systems are not set up to handle international customers smoothly.
Broken Promises: The repeated failure to meet their own deadlines—and the silence that follows—is unprofessional.
The Verdict: I strongly advise EU customers to hold off on ordering from Uppeal for at least another 6 months. Wait until they have a proven track record of actually fulfilling orders to the region. Until they get their logistics in order, the stress and time wasted chasing support are not worth it.
