They are so beautiful, comfortable even with a heel, took about 2 weeks, I even got a picture that its at the door. The only problem is that the heel isint removable but still works great!

The Bag is such good quality, and took some time to get here but it went by no time. The only thing is that the communication is not the best i’ve been waiting for a while to help and have PRs. But overall I would say that everything went good except for communication service.

Such good quality, I was abit unsure of ordering as I’ve never heard of this brand before but genuinely have the cutest pieces ever for such reasonable prices can’t wait for my next order!!

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Lovy Studios.

My order (#10042688), worth €181.92, was never delivered to me and the tracking shows that the parcel was returned to the sender.

On 3 August, Lovy Studios confirmed to me by email that they would process a refund. More than two weeks later, I still have not received the refund. I have contacted them again several times asking for an update, but I am no longer receiving any response.

I have been patient and tried to resolve this directly with the company, but at this point I am having to contact my bank to dispute the payment.

I will update this review if the situation is resolved and the promised refund is received.

Echt grote scam!!! Alsjeblieft koop NIET de acne studio’s longsleeve!!! De advertentie is totaal verkeerd. Er word geen stof aan gegeven in de advertentie, de schoenen lijken prima, maar nogsteeds compleet de verkeerde kleur dan wat op de website staat. Het bedrijf antwoord nouwelijks hun mails. Je kunt niet iets terug sturen behalve als het kapot of verkeerd geleverd is. 60 euro gewoon weg.

Currently waiting 17 days for my longsleeve… poor tracking data and sent a mail 3 days ago to the customer service and they still didn’t reply..

If i knew that the product is coming straight from China i would’ve bought it myself at Hagobuy or Oopbuy (Chinese agents) this is just a dropshipping website that sells items for higher price.

I ordered the Lovy Sneaker Beige and, overall, I had a good experience. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but once the order was dispatched, it arrived very quickly, so the overall delivery time was reasonable. The support team is also very responsive and easy to reach, and the sizing chart was accurate.

The sneakers themselves are pretty and good quality, but my main issue is the colour. Although the website mentions that there may be minor colour variations due to lighting, the difference was much bigger than I expected. The beige shown in the photos is **much lighter** than the sneakers I received, which are noticeably darker. I personally prefer the lighter beige shown online, and when I first opened the package, I honestly thought they had sent me the wrong colour.

Overall,I am upset with the colouring, but I don't dislike the sneakers and would consider being from Lovy Studios again, but I wish the actual colour was closer to the website photos.

In my opinion you could think they are real Izzy’s when you see them .
The delivery took 2-3 weeks but it’s okay.
