They earn 2 stars because the toys (although not textbook Montessori, since my son attended Montessori school until 3rd grade and all the toys were new to me) are excellent. But the customer service is so bad that I just cancelled my subscription after over a year. Could never talk to a real person. I think I am missing several books because I ordered the "book bundles". I sent them the missing list twice. All I got was chat bots saying to send the missing titles. I give up.

They have the worst customer services I have ever seen in UK. I bought a gift and the activation link never arrived. I can not reach out to the customer services and I can not cancel my order. I would not recommend to anyone to use their services.
Products are nice, customer service lies
I overall like the products despite the cost but the customer service is worse than aweful. Avery their chat bot is a frustrating generic response regurgitating unhelpful trash, not even close to AI. Then the people "addressed" my problem via email, took my money and sends the wrong product when they assured me I would receive the right product. For the amount of money we spend on these products, you would think they would at least be honest about their service. I'm 3 months still trying to resolve this issue.... That's Disgusting.

Worst company
This has been, by far, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I subscribed over a week ago and have received absolutely nothing. Within seconds of completing my purchase, I noticed an error and tried to contact them — but it’s impossible. There is no real customer service, only an AI bot that replies with meaningless, automated messages and no actual solutions. There is no phone number, no email, no way to speak to a human.
When you buy something for your child, you do it with the greatest excitement, especially when it’s a product that promises to be thoughtful, educational, and high quality. Lovevery completely destroys that excitement. Despite the very high prices — which for many families require a real financial effort — the experience is the opposite of what is promised. The lack of transparency, the delivery delays, and the total absence of human support are unacceptable. I will never order from them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company

I’ve been trying to contact them for the last week. No response to my issue yet. The address of my last order is wrong and I cannot edit it. I contacted them immediately and there is no response!!
Horrible customer service
The velcro on my playmat has worn apart. I contacted them with photos asking for some assistance and the best could offer was a replacement mat for $80+. Absolutely ridiculous price - it's almost the price of a brand new kit when I just needed the velcro to get fixed. Incredibly disappointed.
This company are impossible to contact
This company are impossible to contact. I was told my subscription was cancelled in June however I am still being charged and am being continually ignored. I am going to have to contact my bank as I see no other way to stop these payments from being taken from my account. Such a frustrating process.

Ordered a Play Gym, still haven’t received it!
I ordered a Play Gym, it never arrived. Not sure whether that’s Lovevery’s fault or DHL, but I found customer service poor at Lovevery. Eventually I got a reply to my email, but the Chatbot is aweful, that really is no use. I got asked if I wanted my order to be send again or if I wanted a refund. I was still hopeful then, so I asked for a resending of the package. I still haven’t received it. Very frustrating, feeling less trust in Lovevery and will definitely not order anything here anymore. Still hoping they can start an investigation at DHL to find my package, or else I want a refund.
A scam!
Contacted customer service multiple times for not having recieved the toys after having paid and they NEVER replied! It’s been a year since and they still have charged me and no reply. It’s appalling- infact a scam!
Terrible Customer Service
Monies were taken out of my account for a subscription I cancelled (over $300). I have been trying for over a month to contact customer service. They have some sort of AI that I am not able to get around to contact them. I have tried emailing on several occasions and still not getting a response on how to resolve my issue.
Bad user experience
The kit is great, but the support is embarrassingly poor.
After a failed payment, that was my fault, I was unable to update the card or retry payment for over a week, and all support requests seem to be redirected to a useless AI chatbot

They put me on a subscription plan I didn't agree to and defrauded me of 133 euros, also if you are in Europe you can report them to the authorities in the Netherlands since that is where their european headquarters are based. You can report them to the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt - ACM)
SCAM: Automatic subsciption!
I bought a kit as a gift to my niece babyshower, however, i didn't realized that after buying they will "automatically" subscribe you and will be charged every quarter for a play kit! Even if you don't have an account, once you create an account using the email address you used, all the transactions will be there! I asked why and how did it happened, they just answered that once you buy you will be automatically subscribed! That is freakin' scam!!! They took advantage of people who got used to automatic emails. I am not recommending this brand!

I have been charged for the purchase of a separate kit by Lovevery UK the day after I made a subscription on their European website. I have seen similar comments before but never thought it will happen to me. The customer support is incredibly unprofessional and slow. The whole experience is extremely stressful and I regret being their customer.
Great Products, But Misleading Subscription Process
I absolutely love these Playkits - the quality and thoughtfulness behind them are fantastic. However, I’m really disappointed with the ordering process. Today, I was unexpectedly charged €343.70 for three additional Playkits that I did not knowingly order. It was not made clear at the time of purchase that buying three kits would automatically enroll me in a subscription, charging me for the next three kits unless I manually changed my account settings. This felt misleading and left me feeling frustrated. Clearer communication upfront about the automatic reordering would have made a big difference.
