Had a wonderful experience with Love to visit .com , in particular a person by the name of Cyle Rees .I am Dyslexic and find instructions and too much information challenging.
Cyle kindly sorted out my change of tickets with no fuss and rearranged at a date and time more suitable for me. He then left me a lovely email to say it was all done. It’s extremely frustrating and difficult to find service that is so helpful, straightforward and a pleasant experience. Thank you Cyle you gave 100% perfect customer service.

I took my grandson that is autistic. He has not been well recently. He loved every minute. The acts were superb and we were amazed what hard work was put into every performance. I inadvertently deleted an email containing tickets for an event. I rang direct and spoke to a lovely young man called Cyle.
He was very helpful and friendly and re emailed the tickets back to me. He reassured me that if email did not arrive, which fortunately it did, I was to call him back and he would resend.
I would also give credit to Lovetovisit for employing an actual person to solve any issues and not a ‘chat bot’ or go through a tedious amount of automated questions and pressing goodness knows how many numbers. Thank you!

Hurt my knee the day we were supposed to visit Beale Park and Cyle on the support team swiftly got them reissued for the next day.

I always find tickets for cheaper on love to visit and every purchase I’ve made I’ve received a £5 voucher for. I had trouble with these coming through but customer service sorted it for me really promptly.
