I was having issues with my ticket,where the tickets didnt get emailed to me but the payment went through. I rang the company and spoke to an advisor called Cyle. He managed to help me straight away and managed to get the tickets sent me.
He was extremely helpful and efficient.

There was an issue with a pending payment , Kyle sorted this immediately

Very easy to book entry to Gwrych Castle in advance online. A couple of days later I contacted Lovetovisit via their enquiry form (via the Contact link) to see if they could change the ticket dates (delay by a few days as I’d injured my back). Cyle got back to me right away via email and kindly sorted it promptly. Thank you Cyle! Great service :-)!

I hastily booked tickets via lovetovisit for a day out for myself and my daughter, however after booking I then checked the direct website and found the tickets cheaper.
