Return to China at buyer's expense! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Trying to return a £47 rug which is a peice of rag is really hard you get email reply which takes days to answer avoid buying from them at all costs

Very unclear that this company is based in China and returns must be sent to China. This information is not visible on their website, the Return Address section simply states to 'email the company'. It is only when you go to the contact us section that you see an address based on China. The shipping cost to return the item was upwards of £65. Very deceiving service and poor quality items. Will not use again.

Stay away from this website! I ordered sofa cover and when it finally arrived, the colour was not as expected. I emailed lovesweetstyle for a return address and was told I would have to return it to China! It does not state anywhere on their website that items are despatched from and would need to be returned to China - I would not have ordered the item if I had known. Shopfiy should not support them either.

Seems to be offering same items on Amazon at an inflated price.
Tried to cancel my order after I realised but they forced the dispatch after reading my emails. Communication is poor at best, would avoid.

I ordered 2 items 12 days ago still not arrived. I tried emailing them got an automated reply. Only found out they are shipped from China when I got email to confirm my order, I'm getting worried after reading all the reviews about them being a scam I bought 2 floor mats costing £69 because they said they were top quality.
I will write another review when or if items arrive, but I would recommend staying away from this website it's not worth the hassle.

This website is a scam, do not buy from them!
The quality is terrible. I received a faulty item and they are asking me to send it back to China at my own expenses after offering a 15% refund.

Terrible quality and to return it would cost me what I paid for the item in the first place.
They’ve stopped replying to emails. A sham company that should be shut down!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a product but it never arrived and no-one is responding to my email queries. They have simply stolen my money :(

Poor quality and items not the same as pictured on the website. Made the mistake of not researching this enough as if it was coming from China i wouldn’t have purchased. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Sham company, no return policy, they offer 15%. I persisted for a return address only to say you have to return to China. I don't feel confident enough to post it back just incase they don't refund it. I didn't want to be more out of pocket so I've asked for the 15%, I'm just waiting to see if that materializes.

Our sofa covers arrived, but we decided to sell our sofas so needed to return the covers. Unfortunately, we were unable to to return them for a refund of the price we paid for them £159 as we had to return them to an address in China. The postage was more than the cost of the covers!! Very annoying as I had searched for a UK company to begin with, incase there was a problem and needed to be returned. I've asked in several emails for a UK address to return them to, but with no joy. I was offered 15% to keep them..... I no longer have the sofas!!!
So be careful.... if you buy and need to return anything back to this company!!!! An expensive unwanted buy!!!! I didn't want to give any stars..... but you can't leave a review unless you put at least one star... so maybe this should be an option?
Through our experience, do not trust on Google when you search for UK company/supplier ...... you need to search further b4 you order for a return address and cost of return ...just incase you need to return the item!

I ordered 2 extra large throws (180cm x 340cm) to cover my sofas. Delivery to UK took 7 days which is AMAZING. The throws are lovely, the material is stretchy and easy to manipulate when tucking. Fits my sofas beautifully and drapes well. VERY VERY HAPPY with my purchase. Thank you LoveSweetStyle. I highly recommend this company.

Dissapointed item fabric and colour are nice however fabric is cut to size and over locked wonkily on the edges in a different colour to the throw making it look a bit cheap and nasty. It's such a shame or else it would've looked ok. No point in returning as it's been sent from China.

I purchased sofa covers which were very poor quality. When I tried to return the return address was china with a cost of £78 to return several emails back and fourth and no solution as they do not accept returns. I would think twice about purchasing from this company

The sofa throw is so thin that it will not protect the sofa from any spillages at all. I let them know I would like to return immediately, but had to go back and forth with a few emails before they would give me a return address. And I am now left paying over £20 to return it to China even though it says on their website that you only have to pay postage once.

Christmas gift return.
Policy is something like 17 days return.
They will not authorise a simple exchange of the same item.
They have not allowed for Christmas holiday or postal strikes.
I only received the parcel days before Xmas.

I think this is a very poor experience and I cannot imagine how a company like this will survive with such poor customer service.

Dont trust this firm with a barge pole,,,they are crooks.
I phoned them to say my product had broken with only 10 minutes use and the phone line turned out to be a private house, the lady said she has been inundated with phone calls from people trying to get hold of this company, Their email system doesnt work either,

I purchased a C Style dog hammock to protect my car. My partner recently bought a cheap one from Amazon but I wanted a quality product that would last for my car. The website is very slick, it looks like a UK company with many positive reviews. The product looked good, but it was twice the price. Only after you’ve paid are you notified that the product is being shipped directly from China so it is not a UK retailer. After a very long wait it arrived with no delivery note or returns information wrapped in a bin bag. The product was very cheaply made, the metal fittings were of a low quality and many of the fittings that should have been metal were cheap plastic e.g. the toggle clips. I tried it out anyway, on the first trip my puppy took a pee, the claim that it’s waterproof is false as it went straight through. The dog then pulled down the side door protectors and vomited in the door bins, urgh, so they don’t work either. The product doesn’t work for anything other than dog hair and the fittings are so cheap it won’t last long. Save half your money, and a long wait, by buying a £25 UK sourced item instead.

A sleek site but just another Chinese company with goods that don't match the quality represented by their website. Also, very expensive considering the goods are Chinese and as usual, lack quality.
Should have read the reviews here before purchasing but they give the impression they are in the UK.
