Our website clearly states “Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $75” on every page. This policy applies to domestic orders only. For international orders, shipping costs, customs, and duties are determined by the destination country — and are outside of our control. We also make it clear that customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer, as these are country-specific regulations.
To help avoid surprises, we offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) options at checkout, which allow customers to prepay all applicable fees upfront.
That said, we understand your frustration and have gone ahead and refunded your full order. You should see that reflected back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
