It's not very often that you have to address matters that may or may not have a legal implications. However the minute the opportunity does arrive mass panick can overcome you, if you do not have a legal background.

I was in this position last year, my challenge was around business matters and intellectual property rights, My business partner had decided to challenge and threaten my business, I approached Lovell Chohan after a recommendation, and ask for advice in what I could do. within 48 hours I sat in a meeting room and spoke with Mr J Lovell and I found him to be extremely affable, he took his time in sitting me down and explaining what my best course of action should be, and all the options that would be available too. He was very clear and very consistent with his advice, not at any point did I feel, like his time was being looked at as a measure of payment as so many legal firms do. . he took great care ensuring that I understood what I needed to do, and what the implications could be for other routes that I had been suggested.

Although Lovell Chohan did not need to represent my firm, I was confident that should I have needed legal representation they would definitely be the firm I would choose, based on their professionalism and wealth knowledge on IP issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys
