Product was exactly what I ordered, very discreet packaging, one drawback was it took 8 days to arrive and the tracking was hard to follow but that certainly wouldn’t stop me from ordering again as the website was very easy to navigate!

No customer support
Product did not arrive on time as promised when ordered, contacted CS, but got not reply, company was however able to send me a request for a review by email.
When eventually contacted by CS after almost 10 days waiting they offered my a replacement, I even got a confirmation email that the replacement order was on its way ..however ..,this offer has since been withdrawn and apparently it shouldn’t have been offered in the first place due to customs (how on earth did CS Not know their own company’s policy’s and practices)and a refund has been issued.
Completely shambolic from start to finish.

I didn't receive my order twice i sent my address to customer service and it was sent to the wrong address,
The response from your customer service is shocking I've asked for a full refund from your company I'm still waiting on a reply.
I will be getting in touch with the consumers rights organisations in the new year in the UK, as I have rights to my full refund from your company under consumers law 2015 act.
