Package arrived late but love honey covered any loss
Normally love honey is fantastic, And this time they took it a step further. i had the misfortune of the delivery company messing up and taking an extra two weeks to deliver but Love honey refunded me the cost of delivery without me even asking. Quality customer care.
Also the products i ordered are brilliant. the wife really loves them. this is why i will always choose Lovey Honey as my go to store.

Parcel hasn't arrived yet!
Parcel hasn't arrived yet after 15 days! According to their website, they say delivery should take up to 6 days for delivery in Europe. No way for me to contact them as their chat bot doesn't let me contact a real person and it says the parcel is on its way. I have sent them an email but not response yet! I also read their policy about that and they say if they hand the parcel to the shipping company, they are not responsible for anything else after that point! So, does it mean they do not care if the customer is going to receive the parcel and also about the customer satisfaction in overall? Really bad service and who knows if I will receive my parcel any day as to me it's just a matter of luck as there is no way to contact them!
Update: parcel finally arrived with a lot of delay. Customer support refunded the money and they politely refused to take the money back when I received the parcel. In overall, the issue might be the delivery company they use and the text you see about refund, comms and policy on their website.
