I placed an order on 2/10/2025 and not only did I not get it but when I sent several emails asking what was going on, I never get a response. I will never use this company EVER again. and I suggest you don't either!! This is ridiculous. There is no reason for this other then this company is a scam!!

I have had the same issue. I ordered on February 6, 2025. It is now the 21st of February. I have not received my item and multiple emails sent and no response. I even requested for a refund. Tje site states 24 hour service and allow at least a day or so for response. This is untrue. The tracking stopped on February 14th. This company is a scam. Whoever it is need to go to jail.

Update: I received an email saying the roses are now in route and I confirmed they are in the US. I placed the order 20+ days ago so the delivery by Valentines guarantee was obviously a lie. The flowers had to go thru customs and they couldn’t make that promise. So false advertisement as I would not have made the purchase without that “guarantee “

I also ordered with enough time for Valentines Day delivery and the order hasn’t even shipped yet. SCAM

I'd rather give them zero Stars if it was possible at this point I fully believe it's nothing but a scam. I bought a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day never received it in fact it still says ready to ship as it said two days after I purchased it I got a basically bogus tracking number from a Chinese Shipping Company and it still says processing so it's basically worthless there's been no movement and I've emailed them twice through different methods one being the actual website and the other one through my physical email no reply no nothing then I try to go through my banking to dispute the claim and they said that they have information that they have fulfilled their transaction I still don't have the f****** roses so I want to know what information they supposedly have and somehow me disputing this could penalize me this is ridiculous

Update they finally showed up but in pieces.....really wow yeah never again ..what a trash experience

According to the site, I ordered my floral arrangement from this place with enough time to receive it for Valentine's Day. As of today, nothing has shipped. I anticipate I will receive nothing; if something does come, it will be of such poor quality that it will be like getting nothing. This place is a scam.

This company is a complete SCAM I've contacted BBB NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. NO 2 WILL CALL OR EMAIL YOU ABOUT PURCHASE DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

This company is fake. I looked in California through various sources and this company does not exist they are not bbb accredited and if you check the shipping it shows from China. I never received my order. 200 down the drain.

This is a complete scam. I ordered flowers on February 7th for Valentines Day and it is now February 20th and I still haven’t received any flowers. Just shows up on the tracking page as processing. Do not order from this place.

Ordered February 3rd & my card was charged immediately-no flowers-still says it’s in transit to next facility-it’s a scam -learned a valuable lesson-done with internet sales-to many scams-this company or no company at all, needs to b shut down-how’s does this continue to happen with all the technology in ur society? Ordered two 30-rose bouquets on Feb 3rd and have yet to receive anything now on Feb 19th. Some vague tracking link hasn't been updated since the 8th. No reply to emails.

I read the reviews on here. Nuff said. Feb 5th ordered. Tracking is terribly vague and they haven't responded. (Email only)
Shortly after ordering..the card i used was charged 5 times for Uber. This whole thing is awful.

This place is a scam. I ordered an item for my wife before Valentine's Day. It was just being processed on Valentine's Day and as of 5 minutes ago it still hasn't shipped! They also state "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and "Free Returns". However reading their polices buried deep in the back pages, the policy states "All Sales Are Final." Even the tracking number doesn't coincide with any major shipping company I checked with. What a disappointment!

I am not recommending ANYONE ordering from this scam site! Should have known better, if it's too good to be true, it usually is. Ordered a glitter bouquet for my wife back on Feb11, and it has yet to be delivered. Repeated emails go unanswered, last shipment update on the tracking number was back on Fed 14, and even that was a very vague update with no real direction. Gonna see what my options are at this point, but word to the wise, DO NOT take this retailer for a legitimate business, stay far away!!!

I still have not received them as of today's date.....February 17th. I've sent several emails....no response. They charged my card immediately and disappeared.

I'm traveling for work currently and I ordered my wife some flowers on January 19th. I was told there might be up to a 3 to 4 day processing time. I just today after several emails to this company, got an email saying that my order is processed and ready to ship. Today is January 29th, 2025. They didn't even acknowledge my emails to them asking what was going on and what was taking so long and when I could expect to have these flowers. They were supposed to be delivered while I was away from my family now they won't even be there until days after I arrive. No phone number to contact them at and days go by if they answer you at all via email.

Scam company. Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. They billed my card then emailed a fake tracking number with a fake 24/7 contact. There is no phone number to contact and they do not respond to emails. Never received the flowers and can't get a response from the company to get a refund.

SCAM. No customer service, tracking numbers dont work. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is a scam ! Do NOT buy from this company! It is a total scam. They say they have 24/7 customer service but they have not returned 15 emails that I have sent regarding the order. There is no "customer service".
