This time the reply I received from Support was actually the same day as the response I received on Trust Pilot. I’ll repeat…I love the product but if you have a problem it may be a problem to get answers. I’ll think 10 times over if I ever consider purchasing again from Love Complement.

The only supplement I need. I’ve been taking Complement daily for over 7 years. The brand and people are fantastic and the product is legit. As an athlete or as a person simply looking out for their health, Complement is a wonderful addition to the daily routine.

The vitamins are third-party tested. They are great for people like us that are on a mostly plant-based diet. Being on the subscription plan ensures we never run out other vitamins.

This is my third package. I didn't realize until I got the bill that I'm being charged$55 for each package. I have noticed no changes whatsoever, should i?

This was my very first order with Complement, and unfortunately it became a very frustrating first experience with the company.

Everyone I interacted with in customer service was courteous and professional, and I appreciated the eventual $20 refund and expedited shipping. However, it took multiple follow-ups over several weeks to get clear and consistent information about my missing Omega Complex. I was given several changing restock timelines, and at one point I was told inventory had already arrived and backorders were shipping, only to later learn that update had been premature.

The product was ultimately received, but it took nearly two months to resolve the issue and required far more follow-up on my part than I would have expected. Delays can happen, but I would have appreciated more accurate and proactive communication throughout the process.

I genuinely wanted to have a good first experience with Complement because I had heard great things about the company and its products. Unfortunately, the fulfillment and communication issues made this experience very disappointing.

I have requested this before...Please give your customer the opportunity to skip or delay a subscription instead of charging them and shipping without confirmation.

I had hesitantly started a subscription to get a sale price. I had asked if they would give me plenty of notice before sending out the next subscription. They claimed yes but sure enough that didn't happen. I tried to stop the order before it left but they did not. I also just placed a huge order so did not need anything more. Not only did i have to pay an unexpected higher price but shipping that equaled 25% of the value. Normally i would group my items to keep shipping down. Also the package came when I was out of town. The subscriptions are a joke.

I can always rely on you folks at Complement to deliver as promised. Thank you.
