To renew my 3 year contract, it had risen by over£100 . when I said I needed to shop around , I was told y would need to give 3 months notice or pay 3 months payments. I was pressurized in to renewing my contract. I found out this was not true as I was at the end of my contract.I have changed to a new company saving over £30 . Even it was not cheaper, I would have left your company, as I was completely misled, & felt force to renew.

You responded to the fact that the proposed contract fixed charges were completely out of proportion tobour tiny annual usage as a small village church, using water less than 10 hours a week.

As a small charity run by volunteers, we are always trying to reduce the cost of our overheads. We were contacted by Love Business to offer an alternative energy supplier that would save us money, and they arranged a three-year contract with Smartest Energy. Apart from the fact that the name on the contract was wrong, we have found that this energy company is absolutely terrible to work with. We have had inflated bills based on "estimates" of usage, demands for payment of "arrears", direct debit payments taken when expressly forbidden, and an absolutely terrible customer services team who are unable to help with any queries. I contacted Love Business to explain all this, but they were not at all interested as the contract had already been arranged. I wish we had never heard of them.

I called them 5 times to price up out out bussines electricity and didn't have luck. They just not interested.They wery very unhelpful.
One of the representative was rude as well. Won't use them newer again. Just wanted my time.

They miss sold my contract for electricity by not mentioning it was variable and not fixed rate at the point of signing.

Ordered bt broadband and was initially happy with this company as the order was progressed promptly. HOWEVER!! A refund of the bt installation cost was promised but two months later am still waitin for this inspite of two follow up requests. Will now have to rasie this matter with the Ombudsman if payment is not received soon

In spite of responding to their request to make direct contact they still have not made payment of the promised refund so will now conduct the Ombudsman for help before resorting to County Court

Once their sales team got the contract signed the company didn’t care what happened after. I was left without my telephone service for the first 2 weeks because of their serious neglect. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company, not very professional. Since signing up they are sending constant emails regarding Love Energy, another part of this company. Imagine havn’t no electricity for first 2 weeks!
