It says 4-8 shipping, haven’t heard a thing it’s been over 2 weeks and been constantly trying to get ahold of them as I spent over $100 on shapewear to wear for my birthday next week and now looks like I’m gonna have to go see here. It’s seems like a scam with a good website

Absolutely IMPOSIBLE to recieve your money back!!!

I made an order, shipping time was good. But when I initiated a return, following their stated policy, I was told by a customer service rep in an email that they do not accept returns from my country, the US. This is not stated in their policy, and they market heavily here. Very poor customer service.

I placed an order 31 July. I have emailed repeatedly to which I receive the same reply "we are working on your order, it's a priority of ours". It's now 17th Sept..... I have also requested cancellation of order and refund. I just get the same "we are working on your order" reply. I paid £42.95 and want a refund!

Wish I’d checked here before ordering. Same as everyone else. Ordered weeks ago and no package has arrived. I have e-mailed twice and had no response at all. Do not trust this company!

I ordered a bra on 7 July it’s now 15 September and I still have not received. I’ve asked for my money back but just get an automated response. It’s clearly a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save your money. I ordered something similar from Body & Bra at the same time and it came and is super comfy.

I haven’t received my order. When I contacted the company to make a complaint the form just cleared as if I’d written nothing - scam!

I placed my order just under 2 months ago and they still haven’t even dispatched it! I have emailed them multiple times asking to cancel and they are refusing to. They just reply with a condescending email asking me to “be patient”. If I had known it would take this long just to dispatch the order, I never would have placed it in the first place! I wish I had read the reviews before this happened. This has got to be a scam do not order from them!!

My order placed on 14 August has still not been delivered. I have repeatedly asked why Not? I have asked for a refund. This has been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. i placed an order 7 weeks!!!!! ago and still have not received my order. After emailing them multiple times asking for my money back i am pretty sure they are sending automated emails telling me to be patient and how they are doing everything they can and how they understand how stressed i am!? not once have they actually acknowledged what i am writing in my emails and provided a sincere response. absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

My order was never shipped and they refuse to refund me. Horrible experience, never ever again!!

I placed an order on August 6th and have STILL not received it as of September 10th! I have emailed the company twice asking for a refund and have only gotten boilerplate "thank you for your patience" replies. I will place 1-star reviews every day until I get my money back.

I ordered 3 bras which took a few weeks to arrive but had to send back for a different size & have been waiting for over a month

I would give Zero stars as I feel this company is a SCAM !!!! I made an order and it hasn’t arrived for well over a month .I have asked for a full refund and I get sent weird generic emails stating they are doing my order when I just want my money back .
I hope they read this review and pay me back my money .Shocking way to do business!!!

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Ordered on 07/08 and after reaching out to them multiple times I have received nothing! I have twice asked for a refund to only be told to have more patience! Do not order from them

Love Bella Fit is a scam.
Ordered 3 bras on August 1st, it is now September 8th and I still haven't received it, it hasn't even been sent yet. I've reached out multiple times and each time I've received what seems like automated mails asking me for more patience. I've even asked them to cancel the order and to refund me, to which I received yet another mail asking for more patience, no mention of the refund I asked for, neither confirmation or denial. I tried one more time, asking if that meant they refused me a refund and the answer was yet again to ask my for patience.
I have now reached out to my bank to get them to cancel the transaction.

I ordered my items on the 17th July and they still haven't arrived. It's September. They stated there were delays in initial emails but now have stopped replying to me. They did not give any timescales in the replies either..

Arnaque!!! J’ai acheté il y a deux mois des articles et je les ai pas reçu. J’ai envoyé un email et ils m’ont répondu que je vais les recevoir dans les prochains jours mais toujours pas. On est le 28 Août et j’ai rien reçu!!!!!!

Stay well away from this site. Communications is shocking. I ordered over 4 weeks ago and heard nothing. So I emailed enquiring about my order, they stated there was a delay and I would receive notification soon. Still nothing so I requested a refund, they automatically replied with a similar email stating delays and no mention of my refund. I have emailed again today. I have yet to hear anything. Guess I’ll have to get my refund the hard way.

Warning! I ordered on July 21 (#BW5447). Delivery was promised in 5–10 days — nothing arrived. Refund also not given. Only excuses. Had to contact my bank for chargeback. Don’t order here!
