I placed the order in December as a Christmas gift however it didn’t arrive in time nor did they arrive at all is now the mid of February and the package has still not arrived. Whenever I sent an email about an update. I always just get the automatic response someone will get back to me at 48 hours. It’s been longer then that, smh at this point, I don’t even want the package just refund my money the only reason why they have one star is because I need to put something to place my review other than that, they would have -5

I PAY ALREADY 1099 AND CANT SENT PRODUCTS AND NO ANY REPLYING AND NOE CANT OPEN WEBSITE TOTALLY FAKE WEBSITE

They are unprofessional; I placed an order and its more than a week now but no response and I am still awaiting for my order. Unfortunately I can't attach the screenshot here. Dont ever buy from them.

I placed my order and on same day said ready to ship. A month went by and nothing. No package and no contact. I emailed them and 3 days later were told items out of stock. What else would I like to order to replace them. It's to late for the gift. I asked for a full refund and it's been a week and no reply. No I have to go thru the trouble of contacting my credit card company. My opinion the company is a total con. Do not buy from them!

Crap company. Their customer service is horrid, they don’t respond in a timely manner, and my order has been in limbo for days because their website did not inform me that I was ordering an item that is “out of stock.” They suck - do not order from them.

My husband ordered me a ring for my birthday. We literally never got the ring. He ordered it in early to mid June and was supposed to be delivered on my birthday yeah now it’s August 3. We still haven’t gotten the ring. They keep lying and saying that a replacement is on the way when we asked for a refund because at this point, we don’t need it and this is just a hot mess. Shame on them we still haven’t gotten Any information in the last two weeks. Shame on you guys.!!!

Absolute scammers this company . Waiting over 2 weeks and no tracking . Refusing a refund as the parcel is in transit which it isnt . Trading standards have been informed and will be dealing with them .

My boyfriend ordered a ring from here and needed to refund it as he made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. As soon as we realised we both emailed and did not get a single response from their service time. The ring never replaced and we were never refunded. Waste of $40, this is a scam

Ordered the Hug Necklace for a special person living a long way away. Wanted her to know, every minute, she was getting a hug from me. This is very beautiful. Everything was as advertised.

I saw an ad on Facebook for the "Gold Hug Necklace". Since my wife and I hug each morning, and have for years, I thought this would be a fine 55th wedding anniversary gift that she woud appreciate. The problem was I saw the ad 5 days before we were to leave on a vacation to another state and the anniversary was only 6 days away! These folks prepared the order and shipped it immediately and it arrived the morning before our anniversary in the other state as I requested! My wife was very pleased with the quality and meaning of the gift. Could not be happier. They did WELL.

Partner brought me a ring for a valentines gift from these, after a month of wearing the ring discoloured, I messaged, and was told they would send out a replacement for me, a month after, I’ve received no replacement and it has now sent my finger green, word of advice for the money you pay for these rings you can buy better for cheaper from elsewhere😊

Was given a necklace as a gift, the chain snapped within a few days of wear, was sent a replacement and the same issue happened with the chain. Valerie at customer service was brilliant,clearly there was a defect with this chain style which is a manufacturing issue, I was able to order an alternative piece which came packaged beautifully, quick and the tracking was spot on! Thank you Valerie!

Was sent a gift code for £25 off my next order as a thank you for leaving a review. Went to use this, code wasn't recognised and shipping is now "unavailable" for my location (after having 3 pieces from this company). Contacted Valerie at customer service and was offered 15% off my whole order. Ironically, the necklace I have been wearing since March, has broken off like the other two that were previously replaced. Really disapointed. Now have 3 pieces of jewellery that have broken chains. These pieces of jewellery are lovely, however, aren't built for daily wear. All three have broken at random parts of the chain links.

Have sent images to customer service, have yet to hear back.

The ring and my finger turned a horrible color. I wouldn’t recommend buying this ring.

Love & Crafted have a wide selection of beautiful jewelry. I recently purchased a necklace for each of my daughters and a ring and bracelet for myself. The ordering process is seamless and the packages arrived within a week of my ordering. I'd definitely recommend this business.

I received my hugging necklace in time for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loves it. Great looking necklace that is well made, would definitely recommend.

I ordered on jan 13th it’s 17th feb and it still says being packed I ordered a gift for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day and the Valerie who keeps contacting me back is being no help after telling them all my details again and everything and I am wondering if anyone has ordered from them to the uk
