Love-Rugs Anmeldelser

The rugs were exactly as expected. The delivery was prompt and we were kept informed. We love our rugs and they were good value.

Easy to use website, prompt delivery, well packed and a quality product.

Rug arrived within days. Really pleased with it and the whole order process. Delivery was great with driver helping by putting in hallway. Rug is of excellent quality.

Excellent service. Great quality product at a very reasonable price.

Great experience from start to finish. Price, speed of delivery quality of good. Credit where credit is due.

Not a lot more to say really.

We absolutely love this company!
Superb range of super quality rugs, excellent website, great communications and delivery times and all at very competitive prices. Their anti-slip product is extremely effective too.
We have recently ordered three times from this company.
Needed to telephone a couple of times with queries and one of the best things about this company is that one can speak to a human being very easily!!

Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Love my new rug!!

Quick delivery. Great quality. Would definitely order again

Absolutely beautiful rug, I would recommend the company. The quality is 5 stars and the delivery was great.

Can't comment on actual rug yet as it hasn't arrived yet.
Been dispatched and just seems to be sitting in warehouse.
Disappointing so far, but hopefully will improve?

The quality is very poor and they refuse to pay for return postage despite the rug literally falling apart on the edges

I’m sorry but still nor received the rug , I know it’s not your fault but perhaps you need to get a new delivery!! Have you had any news yet as my room is only lacking the rug

Eddie kept us in the loop when the order went missing and arranged a replacement t which was worth waiting for.

Quick service lovely carpet/rug. Will definitely purchase again!

We made a short list from the online catalogue. None of our choices was on display in the shop so we ordered 3 small rugs, collected them from the shop, made a choice and ordered a large one, collecting it from the shop at the same time as we returned the two unwanted rugs. Everything went smoothly.

I really love my new rug! It did take three weeks to be delivered whilst they awaited a new shipment, and I do think their proactive comms about the delays could have been better given the price paid. However, their reactive comms when I reached out was brilliant, and they even offered me next day delivery at no charge when it finally arrived (although the delivery company did then delay it further, but that’s not their fault!). The rug itself is gorgeous and amazing quality, and it was well packaged when it arrived. I would definitely order from Love-Rugs again.

I knew the brand of rug that I wanted and searched online. Love-Rugs came up with the best price I could find. I followed up with some review research and saw they were highly rated. I needed to ask a question about stock and had very quick and friendly replies from both Paulina and Eddie. The rug was delivered 2 days after ordering with great tracking info and well packaged. I have since received a discount voucher which is very welcome as I do have another rug to purchase.

Excellent service. Love the rug.

Amazing!
Great quality, competitive in price, looks fabulous and quick delivery.
