I ordered a dress and it was very thin, cheaply made and ill fitting. I have been trying to return it for weeks and I keep getting the run around from company; i have not been provided with any instructions for returning it as promised by company. I do not recommend using this website !!

I wish I had read all the one-star reviews before I ordered from them. They don't even deserve one star! They literally con people. All of products are extremely poor quality that you don't even want to try on, nothing like pictures on their website at all!!!! And those are shipped from China, which tells you everything, I would have never ordered them if I knew it. It took ages to get them but I only got rubbish. Asked refund but customer service people said either I had to return the goods to China with tracking number and once they received them I would get refund or 10%
refund or 50% discount credit!! Total a joke!! Firstcof all, who would buy their products again after this experience?? Second, I live in EU and I was shocked that they asked me to return them to China. They knew I wouldn't do it, they're selling goods worldwide, it's scams.
I decided to trash all the goods and leave the reviews so that others doesn't get conned!! I wish I could attach the pictures of goods I bought! 😡

Scam – Never Buy From Them!
I ordered a dress on June 2nd and after almost two months of waiting, I finally received... a completely different item.

I immediately contacted customer service with a picture of the wrong dress, which was nothing like the one I ordered (different color, style, and material). They had the guts to tell me there were just "slight variations" — a total joke.

Instead of admitting their mistake and offering a proper solution, they offered a 5% discount to keep the wrong item. When I refused, they told me I’d have to pay out of pocket to return it in order to get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

I asked for a refund to my bank account or card, but they said they could only offer store credit. And after that… they just disappeared. No further replies, no resolution.

This is not a serious company, it's just a scam. Avoid Louvelle Society at all costs: slow shipping, false advertising, poor customer service, and no consumer protection whatsoever.

Absolute scam, I wish I could attach photos of the crappy dress I received. It’s nothing like what I ordered and something my son could have made in textiles in high school. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Didn’t receive my package and when I asked them about it, they said I need to pay an additional fee to get it. What a scam, never buy from them

I placed an order on June 24th for a dress that was never shipped. The company advertises “immediate shipping” but after a month, I received no product, no tracking number, and only vague excuses.

Despite multiple follow-up emails, the only replies I received were generic and dismissive. I was forced to file a chargeback through my bank to recover my money.

This business is either deeply incompetent or actively fraudulent. Do not trust your money with them.

Do not buy! Completely fake! Took a month for the dress to come and then wasn’t even slightly like the one in the photo. Just an awful piece of white material no detail, no tie up on the back.

Dress did arrive eventually but not even close to what was advertised. Super thin, cheap material and very cheaply made! This is a scam, avoid and buy it from shein at half the price if you want the same quality!

Total scam, never received anything but emails full of excuses and bullshit. Do NOT buy on this website. I'm highly surprised it is not taken down yet.

SCAM! DO NOT SHOP! This ‘company’ is selling cheap crap from china that looks nothing like the pictures on their website and then expect customers to return their orders to China in order to receive a refund or settle for a 50% refund to avoid the hassle of returning the items. Clearly this is how they make their money as the ‘dress’ I received must’ve literally cost pennies to make it was that poor.
If I could give it no stars I would.

SCAM!!!! Dresses are NOT as advertised very very poor quality material. Literally a thin piece of crinkled fabric. They LIE about your order. Gave a non existent tracking number. I had to email them three times to actually receive my order. All the positive reviews are fake and this is clear as there’s no review space on their actual website to leave a review

Terrible experience! Do not buy anything! They lied to me on several occassions thought customer service, they lied about the order being shipped, gave me a nonexistant tracking number and it got delivered months after it was supposedto be, i received a completely different item and the quality…. Also nonexistatnt. DO NOT PURCHASE

It’s a scam. Their dresses are ripoff’s is bad quality…

I think the positive reviews are false.
My dress was nothing like the picture! I paid 60 for something that's worse than temu quality. It had a horrible smell, and the dress was awful!!!!!!!
The cut, fabric and style was nothing like what I ordered. So far no one will refund my purchase. Just the same copy paste reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

It’s absolutely shocking quality! False advertisement! And they offer money back guarantee, it’s NOT true. I wanted to cancel my order before even arrived, I wasn’t allowed, and we it has arrived they offered 5% refund! It’s joke! Stay away from this side!!!!!

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. The dress I ordered and what I received are completely different when I emailed them photos they told me they are the same ha they must be blind. I suspect all good reviews are fake.

It is weird that this Trustpilot reviews are very new and all are 5+. Beware, this is very much likely a scam! The dresses are from House of CBand are 200€+
