Watch face became wrinkled after a few wears
I purchased a watch having seen adverts on Facebook. On receipt the watch looks good. However after a few times wearing it, the watch face (behind the hands) looks like it had been affected by water or liquid. The face became wrinkled & disintegrated around the edge.
I emailed Louis Bellucci & sent numerous photos as requested. They said returning watch would be at my cost but offered 30% refund. I have reminded them that they state "Safeguarded by a resilient case that withstands the sands of time". And that they claim to offer "a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship". I have continued to request a resolution but when response is received it is a standard email requesting more photos. After a couple of months I am resigned to the fact that their claims of a resilient case & a lifetime guarantee are false & that they will not be responding positively to my request for refund or replacement. One to avoid in future.
