Trouble from the start
I finally signed up this morning with my email, the only one I have. And I paid $38.99 for 6 months. Plus they insisted on charging me another $11.xx for nutrition info.
When it said to start with whatever class I chose I did. However, the next screen began a new assessment they had already given and wanted to charge me again for the classes.
I tried everything I could think of to move beyond the repeat assessment and just take the first class. It wouldn't let me.
So now I'm just asking for a refund of all money. Yes, I read all the fine print regarding refunds and cancellations.
According to other users who have reported "lotusflow" I'm not expecting cooperation. But I do want my money back. All of it.
I was looking forward to signing up for a long time. If the website is already causing this much trouble is it worth continuing? Not for me. I have other things to do with my time.

impossible to contact and then keep charging you. Impossible to cancel via their app. Had to cancel via paypal in the end. AVOID THIS COMPANY

FREE chair yoga is not free
They advertised that their chair yoga program was now free, so I went through all the questions right to the point of getting my program emailed to me when they asked me for money. False advertising; there is nothing free.

I have just read the 38 reviews that preceded mine. They all could have come from each of us. How do we stop this fake company, Lotusfolow.com, from operating? I actually tried doing that on Facebook but was unsuccessful. I'm filing a dispute with my cc company, hoping to get my money back for not getting the product I paid for. I've done this before and it does often work--it's the truth and a fact. I continue to write bad reviews all over the place. Maybe if we all work alone but together. . . . . Good luck!
Improvements Needed
I felt I was overcharged when I signed up. I only signed up for a Yoga practice, but I noticed that there was an extra charge for a nutritious plan as well. Had to go back and forth with customer service for about 3 weeks to get it sorted out. The company can certainly do some improvements on their website as well as their response times.

They are totally economical with the truth - advertise it as free but when you have spent a lot of time answering all their questions the charges suddenly appear. I have been warned not to go anywhere near it since cancellations and refunds are very difficult!
Lie to you to get you to sign up
They say at the very beginning that it is free now. After you fill out the information. You get to the end and they are wanting your bank information,and they had three different levels you could sign up for. Very disappointing to go all the way through thinking you were going to be able to do it for free.
Auto subscription you can't turn off or cancel
DO NOT download this app it automatically charges you but you can't cancel from the app there is no setup for that and it doesn't appear in apple pay as there is no subscription set up. Doubt they even have customer service which is only way to contact them via email

WARNING - Won't Cancel Subscription
WARNING! Fraudulent company. I've tried 3 times to cancel my subscription but I kept getting charged. I had to cancel my credit card after 4 charges. They also charged me for a meal plan initially that I never signed up for or wanted. I didn't try any of the classes because I was disgusted by how fraudulent they are. I wish I had read the reviews before because other people have had to cancel their cards too in order to stop the charges. There are other great workout apps out there that don't steal from you.

I agree with many of the people who voiced their opinion that Lotus Flow is a misleading company. They initially offer you a trial period for $6.93 but when you realize it is not for you it becomes impossible to get out of it. within a very short time a charge of $38.95 shows up. Contacting Lotus Flow is a joke, you get no results whatsoever. Basically like most people who experienced this I have to cancel my card in order for them to not continue charging me. It is very misleading, there is no money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied. Learned an expensive lesson

This is a total scam
They promoted the app on Instagram as for free. When I signed up to it they charged me US $ 6,93. The receipt they emailed me says the next charge will be next month with US $ 38,95 (and this on a monthly basis). I did not sign up to this. So I wanted to cancel my subscription within an hour without not even using it. But the website says that my subscription is still being processed which means I can not cancel it. I reached out to the customer service and a Ashley replied I should prove that I meet the requirements for being able to cancel my subscription and get my money back. I sent all kind of screenshots but she no longer replies despite that they promote a 24/7 customer service. Now I have to contact my credit card institute and may even have to change my card. This is all very frustrating and clearly a scam.

Lack of transparency and dishonest business practices regarding their predatory subscriptions. I contacted their customer service to cancel my subscription and request a refund. They said I need complete 14 days of daily classes within 30 days before they would cancel my subscription and refund me. Absolutely ridiculous! This condition was never mentioned when I joined on March 3, 2026. I was under the impression I was receiving a free trial. I was charged $6.93 on 3/3/26 and $38.95 on 3/10/26. I am very disappointed!
