L'acquisto è stato semplice anche se il sistema di sicurezza per la carta di credito è un po' farraginoso. L'acquisto con PayPal sicuramente facilita le cose cosa però, si pagano più tasse. Se la procedura di riconoscimento della carta di credito fosse spiegata un pochino meglio sarebbe tutto ok. Raccomando il sito l'assistenza è veramente ottima.

I made a purchase on this website and the experience has been extremely frustrating due to a completely unnecessary and poorly designed verification process.
First of all, the most absurd part is that the card verification is requested after the payment has already been approved and processed. This means I was charged first, and only then they decided to create an additional barrier to access a product I already paid for. This makes absolutely no sense, if verification is required, it should happen before charging the customer, not after. This approach is misleading, wastes time, and puts the customer in a vulnerable position.
Secondly, the verification method itself is outdated and unrealistic. They ask for screenshots or photos of sensitive information, while modern banking apps intentionally block screenshots for security reasons. These apps already have built-in authentication systems, and I fully authorized the transaction directly within my banking app, that should be more than enough. Requiring a manual “write on paper and take a photo” process in 2026 is not only redundant, but also extremely frustrating and out of touch with current security standards.
As a result, I paid for a product and now I’m being blocked from receiving it due a verification process that is both unnecessary and impractical.
I expect the immediate delivery of my order #56059.
