Fantastic service, products and prices. Could not recommend Lords enough!!

The owner and family go above and beyond to help with orders and any issues . Never had a bad experience ever. Amazing service . Items posted extremely well and fast. Won't buy elsewhere.

We have ordered several times over the years. Always excellent service, fantastic communication. The items always arrive on time and are packaged with care.

Lord collectibles are the best. I highly recommend them.

Have bought items from Lordcollectables for a good few year now, brilliant service, very helpful, their payment plans are brilliant if wanting a few items or a more pricey piece. Christmas a couple of year back had quite a bit on payment plan, my fault due to low funds my last payment wasn't paid until a few days from Christmas. Lordcollectables went above and beyond to get posted so I received them in time. Thank you so much. Only ever had one item I wasn't too happy with, a traditions ornament, the paint job wasn't the best (obviously not lords fault), due to not been their fault I did need to pay to return it (only fair, postage less than a fiver). Once received back Lordcollectables exchanged it straight away, received replacement within the week. My go to place for all things traditions/beast kingdom etc

I have bought from lordcollectables for many years i wouldn't think of buying from anywhere else if there has been a problem it's always been sorted very quickly
Always good communication

I've been using Lord Collectables for years now to collect my Disney Traditions and other collectables, and I have never had any issues. Everything arrives in perfect condition and always promptly dispatched. The competitive pricing is always favourable for me, and I don't buy from any other place now.

Bargain prices with great delivery and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.

Have ordered many times from Lord Collectables. The team are lovely, items arrive swiftly and in good condition. Prices are great. Highly recommended business

I have been using Lord collectables for well over 7 or 8 years. The majority of my 177 piece collection has come from lord collectables the odd few that haven’t was because they was gifts from people. Not only do my items arrive well packaged, they are also very quick in arriving. Lord collectables is a great communicator, very personable and goes out of his way to try and help you find the pieces you are looking for. Let’s also mention the fact that deals are constantly on giving you a great opportunity to buy your favorite pieces at a discounted rate. I have never had a problem with any of my pieces arriving damaged but I have good faith in knowing if this was to occur Lord collectables would be there to solve the issue straight away! Don’t let any negative reviews put you off because I’m sure I speak for the thousands of regular buyers that Lord collectables is not only the best place to shop but the majority of the time the cheapest also, which means a big bargain for yourself!!

I have used Lord Collectibles manu times and never had any problems at all. They have enabled me to obtain, at achievable prices, pieces which I have only dreamed of before. Thank you so much to the team!

I've been dealing with Simon and family for years now and wouldn't dream of purchasing anywhere else. Simon always available to answer any queries you have.

They are a fantastic company been with them since they started and never had a problem.very helpful.items well packaged

Received my latest piece from this company just before Christmas (the scuttle traditions piece) and I love it l. I buy the majority of my pieces from lord collectibles and cannot fault them as a company. Even when I've had issues with damage in transit they have always went above and beyond to help with either a replacement or refund if one cant be provided. They do require return of the item but this is understandable to keep everyone right. I'll be purchasing many more items from them in the future and would highly recommend.

What a brilliant company Lord Collectables are. I have been buying my Disney ornaments for well over ten years and they are impeccable with every aspect from buying to customers service. If i have had a problem it is sorted out very quickly and very professionally to the point of nothing is to much trouble for them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Disney ornaments and they do payment plan's that are brilliant for me. I wouldn't have the Disney collection i have without Simon and his team so Thank you all everything is so much appreciated.

I have purchased multiple items from this store - both Disney Traditions and Loungefly. Every single item was despatched quickly and arrived in immaculate condition. The seller is also very responsive to questions. Highly recommended.

Have bought from here for years, trust them completely. Have got ornaments and bags and all been as described including the ones that had slight damage never a problem in contacting them about anything. Wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you

I've ordered many many items over the years, not only for myself but gifts for others. The delivery is always fast, especially when considering I live in the far North East of Scotland. Also taking postage into account, there are so many companies that charge more to post to where I live or refuse to post? So always extremely grateful to Lord Collectables for sending to North East!!

Every order I have has been pack great and shipped that same day! Great communication and always in the loop about if the shipment delivery will be delayed etc this is my go to place now for Disney traditions
