Ich finde das LootBoy Support Team echt hilfreich. Ich hatte ein Problem, welches schon nach einem Tag gelöst war.
Die Antwort vom Team kam auch recht schnell ran.
Das Team ist sehr freundlich und sachlich.

I paid 10 bucks for 5 loot packs. Is this app serious?
I bought the lost ark premium packs and off course got nothing concerning lost ark, but i got 2 job applications with a 150 bonus. ffs a job applications? . I have a job. I need something for lost ark. 8 gift cards for games noone ever heard of or have abysmally bad reviews. And 4 of them were bonus for a purchase for mobile arena ect.
And 4k gold. I know i would not get the gaming headset, but not even getting anything for lost ark is a joke.
Noone wants xxx$+ stuff for bs noone ever uses. So i really do not care for how much i get for things nobody ever use.

It's not a scam since you get something, but your app is a total ripoff.

You should mark the app as gambling.
You either grind through hundreds of surveys ect. Or pay money and have a chance of 1% to get anything that is worth something.

Other people might have better luck when it comes to this app, but i have used multiple different accounts, and I have bought a TON of premium lootpacks. I have never gotten a single thing fortnite created, i dont think its a scam, but i really hope I get reimbursed with diamonds or keys, because i have spent money on these packs, and havent gotten a single thing that i even knew. Please prove back my trust @lootboy, bc i really dont want to believe this is a scam.

Wenn man weiß auf was man sich einlässt ist LootBoy eine gute Seite. Man muss sich allerdings ein paar Dinge vor Augen halten:
Beworben werden immer nur die Hauptpreise, oft gibt es günstige Spielchen als Trotzpreise. Das ist vor allem besonders gut zu bedenken wenn ihr drüber nachdenkt echtes Geld zu investieren.
Da die im großen Stil günstige Code raushauen muss man manchmal mit dem (echt netten) Support reden und Ersatz anfragen weil was schiefgelaufen ist
Bei den "Diamanten für Handlungen" Aktionen sollte man immer drauf achten was man tut, nicht alle Werbepartner sind sehr vertrauenswürdig

Great customer service that solves problems with packs quickly

Got a (surprise) Origin game but sadly that PROMO expired, however LootBoy support solved the issue rather quickly. They were always very polite and helpful, replied within 24 hours or less so I can only recommend them to anyone, friends and family. Very happy with them!

It's not that when you -eventually- run into a problem but actually how people respond and assist you what really matters, I mean LB staff could had just ignore this but they show they care about user experience.

todos los días veía los anuncios e lootboy durante meses ! juntaba monedas hasta tener muchas y ya abría todas de golpe, unas 100.000 minedas y no salía nigún premio para el juyego que juego, pero, la última vez sí queme salió y 5premios , así que de mas de 500.000 monedas 5 premios, es muy poco pero bueno no pasa nada hasta que.... de esos 5 premios, los códigos no son validos, envié fotos al suporte LootBoy y me contestaron ( que sí que hay un error en esos códigos , Usted quiere 10.000 monedas por las 5 cartas premiadas?) No han querido darme lo que conseguí durante meses y horas diarias abrindo la aplicación LootBoy para ver los anúncios !
Ó sea no son responsables con los clientes , son graficos nada más y no me deron los codigos válidos!
una decepción , ahora me dedicaré a informar muchos clanes de los juegos que juego lo que está pasando para que dejen de usar LootBoy porque es una perdida de tiempo!LootBoy me ignoró totalmente , tengo los correos como prueba!

Very bad app i collected almost 300 diamonds and waited like 3 months to get something for csgo and still got nothing! I think this site is just a scam and scams you into buying those stupid loottickets or diamonds or whatever just to lose your money! Its more worth if you buy a steam gift cart

I opened a fortnite lootpack but didn't get anything related to fortnite the chance is soo low I don't recommend this is really gambling if you buy with real money this is like a scam just buy stuff with your money

Spent 15 dollars and bought a 'fortnite' pack but got nothing related to fortnite at all and got crappy games.
