Seit ungefähr 4 Wochen geht weder die App, noch deren ihrer Webseite. Da 2023 ein Insolvenzverfahren eingeleitet worden ist, kann man davon ausgehen, dass Lootboy nun einstellt ist.

Hey,
The possible contents of a Premium LootPack are specified in the description. You always get a Premium LootCard, which means that you are always guaranteed to get at least one full PC game that is worth even more than the price of the pack. You will also receive other content such as discount codes or in-game items. You also have the option to open all Premium LootPacks completely free of charge with diamonds. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the LootBoy offer.
If you have any suggestions for improvement, we'd love to hear from you at feedback@lootboy.com 📧😊

Hi can you tell me the chances of…
Hi can you tell me the chances of getting a fortnite card or an csgo skin in lootboy? Because I spent like a 100 dollars on packs and haven’t gotten one yet. Thanks for the reply, one more thing. During my first purchase I don’t think I got a highlight, or I might have mistakenly got one and didn’t realize, but is it okay if you tell me what the highlight looks like? Because it might be in my inventory thanks!

Svar fra LootBoy
Hey,
the cards are chosen randomly. You can get a real highlight right away with your first purchase, but of course not every purchase can be a direct hit 😊
Feel free to contact us via support@lootboy.com or via the contact form in the app and also tell us your username. Our support team will take a look into your inventory 😊

Unsatisfied
So currently a vbucks event is going on and I was really excited having saved up 1000 gems for months and when it came to opening it I got nothing. No vbucks at all. Im not sure if this is just a glitch or I have been saving gems for nothing but I would really like a response to this and I want what I was guaranteed.
PS. I did buy 10 packs I also made sure that it was the correct pack and time to open it

Svar fra LootBoy
Hey,
the Bonus LootPack is only available if you bought the Promotion Premium LootPack in a 10 or 25 pack bundle within the promotion period. So you have to buy 10 or 25 packs at once by clicking on the "10" or "25" respectively. Once you've done that, restart the app and the Bonus LootPack should be in your inventory.
If this is not the case, please contact us using the contact button in the app menu and also mention your LootBoy username 📧☺️

Legit website with rewards
I have been using the web for a while. Most of the reward I earned is small but it's still something. Once I gathered enough diamonds and I went to draw, I draw a $5 steam code. It was invalid probably due to region and I emailed the support. After few weeks they managed to get a SGD gift code and it was $10! Really happy with the service from Melissa!
