I found that 3 of my properties were listed for sale by LoopNet,
none of the properties were for sale
and haven’t been for sale since the early 1970s.
I have also noticed that a lot of properties that are on the website have already been sold/leased so the information that LoopNet advertises are out of date.

I requested an account cancellation by email in Oct 2025 and followed up with a second email in Nov 2025. I heard nothing. The account was eventually closed in Feb of 2026. Even after speaking with the account rep, who promised to get back to me with a response to my complaint, no response was received.

Very professional marketing team that works hard to explain the options. Day before national holiday and this team went all out to make sure our marketing was active before the holiday.

Clearly explained options and haves tips for exposure and promoting the property. Secured a lease within 6 weeks

The listings are easy to manage and are the go-to resource for prospective tenants.

The customer service is excellent, but the pricing has increased, and the benefits have decreased, specifically the ability to make and send clients property survey reports.

I would like to be able to pause or cancel my membership

It seems like in a market with over-valued properties, that is the only listings on here. I tend to use the site more for research than actually finding a property to buy.

I canceled the listing on their website but their trick is you have to go to another page and also turn off the quarterly membership so they continued charging me and when I called they said nothing they can do about it
Common sense is why would I want to pay $200 a month when I have nothing listed
Will not use them and I will remind all my fellow landlords not to use them either

LoopNet provided a lot of leads for potential tenants for us. Many of them did end up leasing space. The LoopNet staff was always courteous and followed up on any requests we had. Very helpful website for getting information about real estate products out to the marketplace.

Loopnet is easy to use and is able to help find locations to move businesses.

I tried to update the building info online. You can't update it online. They need to review it manually. It's ridiculous because all the buildings info is publicly available on building dept website. It can easily be done by AI automatically. I guess they try to force people to call in to speak to a rep so they can do the up-selling tactics. They are the monopoly in this market.

Be aware of the dirty tactics. Once you sign up the membership. You can't cancel it online. You need it speak to a rep to do so.

I have told y'all and told y'all to quit calling me every couple weeks about updating or upgrading my ads!! I'm a big boy that can take care of myself and don't need someone calling me to urge me to do that; called ID usually gives y'all away so I just don't answer. It's a shame because y'all are worth looking at when searching for specific properties except I can't really track that many leases back to y'all. Most of mine come from just a sign on my premises.

I used LoopNet for the first time to list my commercial properties for rent, and it turned out to be a very positive and helpful experience. The representative’s follow-up was extremely useful as well
