An order that I placed on August 19, 2024 never arrived and every time I emailed they responded with an excuse. It is now November 25, and their website has disappeared. If you type loomahome.com into your browser, it redirects to snowehome dot com
I reported this to my credit card company and received a full credit back to my card.

I’m guessing this company has gone out of business? Their website is no longer in working order and they haven’t responded to my emails. Their social media pages also look abandoned. I’m a long time customer of Looma Home. Bought three sheet sets for myself over the years and two sets for family members. They’re my favourite, coziest sheets. I guess I’ll have to find a new favourite. :(

Went through the selection and order process on their site that looks very legitimate and read that orders are fulfilled the same day and arrive 4-7 days after a purchase. Its been 2 weeks. I emailed to ask what was going on as the site states the will email you as soon as your items ship. The reply was some nonsense "We apologize for the delay due to global supply chain issue and will ship out at the earliest". Basically saying nothing with no delivery estimate. I replied asking for an ETA and if it is longer than another week to cancel and refund my order. Sent the email 3 more times and nothing back. Disputing with credit card company now. SCAM website!

I ordered a set of Looma sheets as a Christmas present having purchased two sets in the past. The sheets are fantastic. I never received tracking info (or the new sheets). The money was paid to Looma via PayPal. Despite numerous messages to customer service via email and Messenger I have heard NOTHING from Looma. I've had to contest the charge with PayPal. Very disappointed as a third time purchaser to be treated this way. Great sheets; atrocious customer service.

The worst lack of customer service I've ever experienced in my life!
I purchased based on an article in an organic blog.
These sheets are supposed to be GOTS certified organic.
They arrived with a very strong chemical smell to them. I tried to wash and hang in the sun. I couldn't even be downwind of them outside without getting a headache and sore throat! I looked up their GOTS license on the tag and it is expired!
They would not return my emails, calls, or Facebook messages, then proceeded to block me on Facebook.
I *finally* tricked someone on their Instagram to respond to me.
He proceeded to argue with me for almost an hour over returning the sheets, and kept insisting that their GOTS being expired was an error on GOTS end.
Offered to send a "replacement." They are supposed to have a 30 day "free and easy" return policy. After that amount of time arguing, he eventually broke down and accepted that I could return the sheets.
Well, I sent them back and now USPS cannot deliver them. They've attempted multiple times and the "business is closed," every time they go. That was over a week ago.
They expect to get away with me giving them their awful product back and still keeping my money. They aren't cheap either.
-I also got an automated email from them to rate the sheets on their site, I gave them 1 star and they are not posting the review. They hide bad reviews from customers as much as they can. Run far away from this joke of a "business!!"

Buyer Beware,
I was uncharacteristically sucked into this Social Media Company, disguised as a sheet company. I purchased Looma's Signature Sheet Set in charcoal and 2 additional matching pillowcases.
The sheet quality is poor despite "Awards" and write ups on numerous websites.
The depth of the fitted sheet pocket is inadequate for todays larger mattresses, and the elastic band is laughable. They craftily do not mention a thread count on the website, these sheets are literally see through when held up. The sateen shine which is evident in pictures (and why I purchased the sheets) is transformed into horrible scratchy roughness on the maiden wash. Most egregiously,- they DO NOT ACCEPT returns for dissatisfaction (only for "manufacturing defects"). DO NOT BUY FROM LOOMA!!!
